Though they were very busy, the guy working the counter and other areas was the nicest, most patient, and most helpful person ever. He showed me where to find what I wanted to order on my cell phone/ Taco Bell application. He is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I was and am most grateful.

I was visiting Virginia Hospitol and made a stop with my granddaughter and she ordered the tacos and chicken fries I think that's what they were may have been steak fries she enjoyed every bit of them.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Taco Bell. I picked up my order through the drive-thru, I noticed the food was completely burnt — as you can see in the photo, the quesadillas were blackened and inedible. I immediately went back to the store to show the cashier, expecting them to remake the food.
Instead of replacing my obviously burnt order, the cashier just handed me two taco coupons and basically dismissed the issue. I didn’t come for coupons — I came for the food I paid for. The lack of customer service and the poor quality of the food is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location again.

I'm reviewing this Taco Bell purely from the drive thru experience, because that's all I've ever done.
I have never had a bad experience here. They are always attentive. The people working at the drive thru are much friendlier than anyone working fast food needs to be, and it's much appreciated.
They have never made a mistake with my order, and I've been here a few dozen times.
The service is fast (which may be because it's rarely busy).
Is this food truly five stars, compared to every restaurant? No, of course not, but for a Taco Bell, I cannot ask for more.

I always have a positive experience here! I order a mix of vegan food for myself and items with meat for my husband which could be confusing. They've consistently gotten each item right every time. I've met the manager once and he was very friendly.
The problem I had as a dasher before was solved by the authorized person. Now I’m having problems again both as a customer and as a dasher. This is a safe area for me and I work here in the evenings. A manager who wanted to satisfy his personal ego, he didn’t want to deliver the orders by saying that I’m the boss here because he thought I was Dasher. After learning that my order belonged to me, he had to deliver it unhappily. His humiliating and humiliating attitude in society and this rudeness is unacceptable and I will definitely complain everywhere. Although all he has to do is deliver the order, this task is not fulfilled and this is very rude. This is not an ego center, just a taco bell store.

Took 12 minutes to get my order and I was the only one in the store placing an order. Other orders came in online. When I asked why my order was being prepared 7 minutes after I placed it, the manager got hostile toward me. After 12 minutes when I received my order the manager still wasn't pleasant. Hard to recommend this location.
