The drive thru line here is ALWAYS slow and long no matter what time of day it is. The service here is so slow that people are always honking. So much for “fast food” experience.

Have ordered here multiple times, as it’s one of the closer Taco Bell’s since I’ve moved, and it’s by far the absolute SLOWEST ever. I’ll order something and it’ll take 30+ min ON AVERAGE. I don’t understand. Even if it’s not busy.

This place is super SLOW! If you are on anything but time, use the drive through. They have zero regard for people dining in. I've been waiting 15 minutes for lunch and have watched 20 cars go through the drive through. It's only tacos. It isn't that hard. Do better.

Avoid this location if you can. The food is not fresh. The staff doesn’t read notes on order modifications. Everything is sloppy and skimpy with the portions.

This place is very slow. When it’s not crowded the slowness isn’t a big deal. However when the restaurant is busy, it can easily take 30-45 minutes to get one’s order

I’ve ordered both take out and delivery from this location, I don’t recommend either. They are slow as can be. If you order from a mobile app, be prepared for the food to take up to an hour longer than what the app initially quoted for time. Good luck if you’re desperate enough to order from here.

This location has been all but abandoned by the franchiser. It is so severely understaffed at all points of the day that even during off-peak hours you will be waiting at least 20 minutes for any order, with peak wait times being upward of 45 minutes.

Unless no other location is convenient for you, it would genuinely be faster to drive to any other taco bell in nova because of the near nonexistant staffing and management by the franchiser.

I ordered twice via Uber eats, neither time they made my order and I was charged when I waited over an hour and a half and finally cancelled it. The store will accept your order, not make the food and then wait for you to cancel. I even called them after the first time and they said they never got the order, but Uber said they did accept it so they couldn't refund me. It's also an Uber issue for sure, but this restaurant is such hot garbage that they can't even be bothered to make your order.

Stopped for lunch and had a great experience, which I rarely can say at other Taco bells which is why I do not visit much anymore.

The people were nice, food was good and even heard a moment where there was a drive through mic up, but both the customer and employee were very cheerful despite the slip up
