Man, it’s such a badly managed place. Avoid getting food here after 8pm, they take forever to make your food. I’ve ordered through their website, doordash and in person, the experience has been the same. Takes at-least 30mins to make two tacos

When i arrived i was welcomes by 3 amazing and stylish staff they helped with my coat and my shoes when i sat down to eat my food arrived approximaetely 30 seconds after i orderd i am very thankfull for that when the food touched my parted lips i almost orgamsed with glee

I eat at this place quite often and love it. 90% of the people that complain about this location or the lazy slobs who are not willing to go get something themselves and either want to order it online or have DoorDash pick it up. They will spend more time on here, whining about a good place than actually doing something good for themselves . Keep that in mind as you read the reviews, it’s not hard to figure out who is who though

I placed an order at 11:30 pm. The app informed me that the food would be ready at 12:12 am. I arrived at the store a little early. The store was very busy and none of the staff took care of the customers. No matter how long I waited, my order didn't come out. The app informed me that my food was ready, but it didn't come out. I asked the staff if the food was ready, but he answered that he didn't know. I asked if I wanted to cancel the order, but he said he couldn't. I waited until 12:48 am, but I couldn't even get the food, and I ended up having to come home empty-handed.

You couldn’t be this slow even if you tried it’s impossible. I waited 40 minutes just to pick up my order. I didn’t place it in-store; I arrived at the scheduled pickup time and still had to wait. It always takes way too long. At this point, I honestly think it’s being done on purpose, because no one can be this slow. I could’ve prepared it faster myself!
