The manager and team were super friendly. I was surprised to see a full bar and tap beer 🍺 in. TACO BELL. It's definitely a cool new experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location in Arlington. As a delivery driver, I was treated with disrespect by one of the staff members—he was rude and dismissive, not just to me but to other drivers and even some customers. This kind of behavior makes the pickup experience frustrating and unprofessional. I hope management takes this seriously and improves how drivers and customers are treated at this location.

Awful quality. I paid $3 extra per soft taco to get beans, sour cream, and red cabbage added. The stack of napkins included in the bag was thicker than my tacos. Utterly disgraceful. Like who charges extra for cabbage just to give 2 pieces of it? Literally 2 pieces of cabbage. Disgraceful.

the atmosphere was terrible and so was the staff. i had waited for 30 minutes just to get a taco and some fries. the indian guy who i think is the manager because he had a dress shirt on was rude and lazy. i saw my order on the counter with my name on it and when i tried to talk to him to pick up my order he ignored me at first, then rolled his eyes when i tried talking to him again. i talked with some people also waiting at the counter and they told me that this is a common thing at this location. this place desperately needs a new more motivated manager.

Literally no service! I walked into the establishment and there were two employees in the front. Neither acknowledged me. I get that they might have been working on online orders but they totally ignored my presence. After a few minutes of invisibility, I left.

Ordered on doordash for pickup, waited 15 minutes after pick up time before arriving (I know they have a long standing issue with preparing on time). Had to wait an additional 35 minutes and my order still wasn't ready (door dash still said order in process and there were no workers available to check).

I've ordered from door dash and online 3 separate times from this store. Twice I've had to find another place to eat because I never got my order, and the other time it was the middle of the day the food was good but it still took a while.

I just ordered through door dash again because this is the only Taco Bell in range of me and my driver has been sitting waiting for the order for 30 minutes.

It's hard to fathom how slow this store is. I don't know how they could always be so busy that they can't get an order out, this problem has to go so deep that the ownership should be changed. If you can't keep your store functional you shouldn't have this franchise or store.
