In my opinion, these are the best tacos in the area, and made me feel like I was in Southern California. The lengua, mixto, and el pastor are all amazing and come with the perfect accoutrements and both green and red sauce. Also, each time I’ve visited this truck, all of the workers have been so friendly and welcoming. El Chilango is always my first recommendation to people looking for delicious and authentic tacos

You want to feel in Mexico ?? that you are in the right place because when you get to the corner stand to eat tacos, the ones I have eaten are good, I especially like the Onion with habanero

The food was absolutely delicious! The staff was incredibly friendly. I'll definitely be returning to try more of their menu
No flavor. The carne asada was tough and fatty and the lengua tacos had zero flavor. I was given 2 half slices of cucumber with each order of 4 tacos and barely any onions. There just wasn't any flavor or substance to these tacos. They used to be good like a decade ago, maybe even 5 years ago. Not cheap either.

The carne asada taco taste really good and the workers are very friendly. But the reason why I'm leaving an average rating is because they 100% skimp on the taco meat. I ordered 5 tacos and the outer two tacos portion are normal but the meat in the 3 tacos in the middle were only half servings. I honestly wished I checked first before leaving.
I usually grab tacos everytime I'm out of state and I eat a lot in Chicagoland. After 3 tacos I usually start to get full. After having the 5 tacos from this location I'm still kinda hungry because they did my 3 tacos dirty by giving half portion. For something thats $3.60 a taco you would expect something filling. I checked the other photos of people who reviewed this location and definitely the meat they gave me on my tacos were only half of the portions.
If you guys want customer retention, please do not cheat them and ruin their experience.
