I’ve always ordered the Mac and Cheese Burger from the Lorton location and have always been satisfied. So when I ordered from the Rosslyn location expecting the same burger, I was disappointed. Not enough Mac and Cheese. Not enough BBQ sauce.

My partner and I came here for Valentine’s Day, which made the experience especially meaningful — our very first Valentine’s together was spent at this restaurant. We’ve always loved the tacos, the atmosphere, and the energy during Cinco de Mayo, so we were excited to come back and rekindle some old memories.
The food was just as great as we remembered, but unfortunately the service didn’t match what we’ve come to expect. We sat at the bar right after a drink‑making class had ended. The bartender asked if we were there for the class, and when we said no, he told us it was fine to sit at the bar. However, once we were seated, it felt like we weren’t really on his radar. He brought our food out, but there wasn’t much follow‑up afterwards. We found ourselves having to call him over multiple times just to get basic attention.
I also asked if one of the signature drinks could be made as a mocktail (which I’ve had done here before), or if a mocktail could be made in general. He checked with a coworker, who said no, and that was the end of it. No alternatives were offered, no suggestions, nothing. If I had known that would be the outcome, we honestly wouldn’t have ordered food and would have chosen somewhere else. It left us feeling like we weren’t really welcome or even noticed.
We still love the food and the memories tied to this place, but this visit felt lackluster compared to what we’re used to. I hope this was just an off night, because we’d love to come back and have the kind of experience that made us fall in love with this restaurant in the first place. I also felt that the heart shaped birria pizza could’ve been shaped better like advertised on the instagram.

A delicious meal for introverted people who like Mexican inspired food. I've been to other more roomy locations and this one was tucked into a smaller but still workable footprint. 4 people no problem 20¿
The food arrived quickly, stuffed Jalapeños were awesome and try not to eat the stem! Nachos were also well stacked and to be honest they got put on a box for a decadent snack.
Street parking right out front. Great location!

I cannot stop eating their tacos. They are amazing. I'm truly addicted. Very high quality and extremely flavorful. I live across the street and eat here often. This is elote, ahi tuna, smash burger then their Thanksgiving specials.

If you’re looking for an exceptional bartender, look no further than Cesar. From the moment we sat down, he made the entire experience unforgettable. His energy is warm, welcoming, and genuine — you can tell he truly loves what he does.
Cesar mixes drinks with skill and confidence, and every cocktail he made was perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. He’s quick, attentive, and always one step ahead, making sure you’re taken care of without ever having to ask. On top of that, his personality brings the whole bar to life — friendly, funny, and incredibly professional.
Whether you’re stopping in for a quick drink or planning to stay awhile, Cesar is the kind of bartender who makes you want to come back. Highly recommend! 🍹✨
Cesar knocks it out of the park every time we visit! Going above and beyond! Great conversationist & atmosphere.

We used to LOVE this place! Went almost weekly when it opened. However, last time we went, the bartender was waiting on me to sign in front of her on the paper receipt (it used to be digital), and eyeing on tips that I left on the 2 happy hour items, which she only poured one margarita and hoping for a 20% tip from me! Then of course, as usual, I had to pick up food myself from the counter, and my drink this time, was sitting on the bar counter the whole time even she was NOT busy but chatting with others!! She didn't even bother to send to the table or let me know it's ready as every time we went. She also did give me an eye-rolled vicious look when we left. What a shame!!! Really the people makes the difference. Too bad we won't bring friends or family, even for a quick lunch or happy hour there anymore. Didn't expect much services and know what we need to do as a customer in a fast/self-serve restaurant, but with the lack of guest services attitude at the same time waiting on big tips, it's just SHAMELESS and wrong!

2/10 Got the Tony taco and it was half cold and carelessly slapped together (taco shell was broken as well but they still served it that way). Was super stoked to try it but it took 25 minutes to make, the cheese was cold, the beef takes metallic, and was lukewarm. The queso was the only tasty thing I ordered. Super disappointed. Food was overall cold and bad and the staff was rude when I told them that my taco was broken and cold. They were not accommodating in any way and could not handle my feedback which was honest and respectfully stated. Keep in mind I was so excited to try it and invited the whole family and shared the post to everyone in my family group chat and they thought it was bad as well. Good advertising but not good food and I won’t be going back. Maybe I went on a bad day or something; but with how rude the staff was I doubt they could make it right. I cannot trust that it might be good on another day and that is not a risk I am willing to take because I work really hard for my money and the price point is high at $15 for a taco.
Cesar the bartender is the best bartender in Roselyn. Is friendly, serviceable and super fast.

Terrible service and terrible food. I was here on a Monday with me my 5mo and husband. We paid over $70 and the rice was stale, beans were old and my birria tacos tasted like they had been out too long. My husband had the same experience with his lengua taco, it tasted bad. I go up to the lady behind the kitchen counter and i asked her if she new when the rice was made. She stated they had “just made it yesterday” and it was currently 4pm the next day. I explained that the food was bad and stated she could make everything again but I’m from Maryland and my son was getting fussy. I pointed at my table with all the food we were not going to eat and a waste of time. She then with an attitude asked what i wanted instead bc the money wasn’t gonna appear on my account immediately, i stated i was aware of that and i indeed would like a refund. She then calls another man from the bar and he asks what’s wrong, i explain, he says to leave my name and number and he would reach his manager “Ana”. A couple days go by and i call them when the transaction had been cleared and i did not get my refund and they gave me runaround.
