Only giving this two stars because of the nice employee who was working by herself. Hands down the worst chicken cutlet sandwich I have ever had. The chicken tasted like rubber fresh off the factory line, and the rest of the sandwich had 0 flavor. To top this off, I had a stomach ache for the rest of the day and even threw up the sandwich later that evening. Never coming back.

This gourmet sandwich shop in the airport was decent. I ordered a turkey hoagie. The flavor was okay, but there was way too much bread compared to the fillings. The service was quick and the price seemed reasonable for an airport spot.

Marcellus assisted me on the order and was really nice and helpful, I was in and out with my food in around 10 minutes. The Wild West burger was really good I recommend it! Thank you for the nice food before my flight back home!

Not even close to a good sandwich. Don’t be fooled - this is not the Taylor Gourmet you remember. Frozen cold cuts pre-assembled without care. Stale bread. Literally minimal effort.

One of the worst sandwiches I've ever had. The Race. Prosciutto looked like old dried out ham, bread was stale and there was almost no dressing. So. Dry. Way better options in this same terminal. Avoid.

It’s an airport sandwich shop, so I wasn’t expecting much, but the Number Two cheesesteak was delicious and made almost as soon as I ordered, even though the shop was down to two people running it.

Was hoping to get a meal before our flight however when I approached the counter I was told that they have not opened yet although it was 6am. I asked her when do they open and she said 6:20 which is not accurate according to googles business hours.

Such rude employees, I came in with a smile just getting a basic turkey, cheese, lettuce and mayo that’s it and was treated so horribly by the man working. He refused to give me any extra sauce on the side until my boyfriend started to get upset at the way he was treating me. He didn’t spread any sauce he just threw the pre packed turkey on the sandwich the cheese and put a dollop of mayo than just closed the sandwich so I paid $16 for a clump of a sandwich. DO NOT GO HERE

The service was the worst ever the guy was rude and so disappointed I ended up buying a turkey sandwich

Cristela was sweet & got straight to the point, I ordered a Ben Franklin & it was delicious. I'm happy I got a chance to try them before I left DC.
Very fresh and hit sandwich!
🥪 bacon, fresh Arugula, and cheese flavors very nice. 😋
