Food was top-notch at this location. Our service was somewhat slow because the restaurant had a ton of very large parties in town for a conference. Our server was kind and attentive and allowed us to linger at the table for a long conversation, and we never felt rushed. My only recommendation is to position large parties in a way to allow better access to the adjacent booths. The traffic pattern that night was just tight, and it was difficult to pass behind patrons seated at those very long tables.

Were a large group w- many checks. The food was great but took almost 2 hours from placing order to getting food, and my burger was either kept under heat lamps or just overcooked as I ordered med rare and got med well... One of our group had to order OJ as after that long a wait, his blood sugar plummeted. But I was with great friends, so I was able to overlook a lot.

The waiter, Michael, insisted that we leave a 20% tip, but since the percentage wasn’t listed on the receipt, we initially left a lower amount. He then returned the receipt so we could adjust the tip. I always thought tips were earned, not demanded. The food was decent, parking was difficult, but the overall atmosphere was fine.

I’m familiar with Ted’s Montana Grill so my expectation was HIGH and my let down was LOW!!! The food was terrible.
I had the crabcakes, parmesan broccoli and the bacon brussels sprouts as an upgrade. Everything was nasty. The crabcakes were hard and dry. The broccoli was so hard that it took me a minute just to cut through it. It seemed as though they blanched it for 30 seconds, put a dusting of parmesan cheese on it with absolutely NO salt and NO flavor.
The brussels sprouts were very mediocre… They weren’t really roasted, just boiled and fried a little. They were supposed to be cooked with bacon but I had NO bacon in mine.
With all that said : ALL OF MY FOOD WAS TERRIBLE!
However, Omar our server was warm and friendly. He did bring me out potatoes in place of the broccoli. They were ok and not what I wanted but just the only option left.
My overall experience at Ted’s Arlington was TERRIBLE. 😩

My girlfriend and I went here for lunch during my lunch break since it was walking distance. We ordered 2 drinks the bison nachos. The drinks were decent, the main reason we came, was for the nachos and unfortunately the bison nachos came out cold. We were extremely disappointed! Won’t go back again, which sucks because I’ve been to the downtown Atlanta location and had an excellent experience.

I'm visiting from out of town and decided to eat here tonight because one, it's not a far walk from my hotel, and two the reviews were good. I have to say this has been the worst service I have received in a long time.
Our drinks were empty long before our food came, so when our server brought out our food, my kids asked for a refill, and I asked for extra tarter sauce. I eventually got up to see what may have been wrong because everyone was done eating, and nothing we asked for had made it to the table. Our server was at the bar having a casual conversation with the bartender drinks on the counter. Never got my extra tarter sauce. This place was not busy to receive such bad service. The food was good despite finding a piece of random plastic on my plate under the kale salad. But for the price I paid for 3 meals and drinks I really expected everything to be better.
I enjoyed the mushroom beef burger and comfortable booths.

This place has so much potential but was let down by poor service and average food. Waited 30 minutes to get our first drink and when the food came one salad was missing all the important components and took 10 minutes to sort out.

Upon walking in the door the space smelled horrible. I ordered a French 75 and lemon was all over the rim of the drink and it tasted horrible. The food was extremely unappetizing.

We have come here plenty of times and never have any complaints. Today we went for lunch and the waiter offered us some chips while we wait for the food. That was an additional charge we weren’t aware of until the check came. We also ordered beef burgers and were given bison and charged for bison. We were wondering why the burgers were more salty than usual. I don’t like the up charge on the food we never agreed too.
Buy some bison!
