Long wait before getting a seat, long wait before the order arrived. The food wasn’t even good. Everything seemed just oven-heated. The meatballs in the spaghetti were still cold. You even double-charged the spaghetti.. that’s an old trick. What do you think, that because we’re Asian we won’t speak up? Your service and style is terrible.

Food is on time and it hits every time. I just wish they had more cheesecake options. Sounds weird but all of the flavors and flavor combo cheesecake seemed to all be similar and lack variety.
Servers are professional and communicative. No complaints for this location and how its run. Great spot for continued business as well

Today went to Chescake factory for pick up my order. Even though it was ready, I waited for 15 minutes because no one helped me and no one was in the host table!

Last week we tried the Roadside Sliders (2/5) and Avocado Eggrolls (3/5). Both were just okay and not something I would buy again.

Today we got the Tex Mex Eggrolls (4/5) and Peach Perfect with Raspberry Drizzle cheese cake (4/5).
The eggrolls were a little spicy, but very good and the cheese cake was was very good as usual...I mean, why else do people come to the Cheesecake Factory?

Wow.. I hope it's just this location but the cheesecake slice was tiny. Half the box was just empty space where in the past it would have filled the entire space. Shame on raising the price so much while reducing the portion size.

It takes 30 minutes to help you, for the food is perfect but for the services I recommend to be one

We had a great meal tonight. We started with the chicken and jalapeno fritters. I had the green Chile enchiladas and my spouse had the chicken costoletta. We finished with the peach cheesecake. A plus was that we could make a reservation. Our server took good care of us. Checkout the photos for the atmosphere. We liked the experience.

There is no curbside pickup for this location. They allow you to select it and later tell you to come in and pickup. Sike-a-boo-boo on you.

This place., the people.. zero star. The service wasnt that great.. our waitress was a mess.. The manager peoson not helpful.. Ended up forgetting my mom’s coffee cup.. went a few days later to check.. The woman pretended to look then told me they dont have it.. like you could tell she wasnt interested in checking.. Never coming back.. Believe me I have been to other ones.. this one was horrible. For the you pay.. go to a better place

Super busy for a 4:30 pm time. Their avocado egg rolls were as good as I remember. Their Jamaican shrimps has always been my favorite. Got a chicken pasta that hit so well! Very well fried. Crispy and juicy!

The food was absolutely delicious and the pineapple upside down phenomenal. We’re definitely going back!
