I didn’t see that this place was 2 stars until after I finished, which means I’m lucky! The turkey sandwich was really good and there were a load of great flavors and textures. I smelled the toaster burning as my sandwich was being made, but the bagel came out wonderfully toasted and the perfect temperature to compliment the cold contents of the sandwich. I recommend getting everything on the sandwich and the jalapeño cheddar bagel (worker recommendation). Overall, I was very satisfied with my sandwich. 4 stars!

It's 7 am, how do you only have one (plain) cream cheese and 2 out of 8 bagel options are empty in the display case?

The staff was completely unapproachable the morning of September 30th. Sarcastic and rude to customers and completely unacceptable

Was pleasantly surprised by this place! You are in an airport - none of the food is going to be amazing. But the bagel was nicely toasted and cheese was melted well. Service was excellent for 4:30am. Price not atrocious for the airport. I'll def be coming back!

Avoid this place at all costs....bagels are not real bagels, served cold along with cold cheese, and egg...for $12. Service was messing up order after order no idea what they were doing or how to keep orders correct.

These are not bagels. More like bread with a shiny crust. Not toasted powdered egg sandwich.
To the owner, please make better food.

$12.09 after tax for a bagel that was heated but not toasted, a small amount of of egg that might have been a medium egg… maybe, and enough bacon to count without coming closing to making a hungry morning traveler feel good.

If you are extremely hungry and want to overpay, it will give that low grade bagel sandwich.

Do not expect a great experience or to feel like the $12 bagel was anywhere close to worth it.

Some shady business practices here at The Great American Bagel at Harry Reid International. We usually stop there when we have early morning flights because nothing else is open. It's not bad. I witnessed some very unethical practices by the cashier last week. I'm actually ashamed of myself for not stepping in... but I didn't speak the guy's language and I was short on time. I was waiting for my order and a foreigner tried to order some food. He clearly didn't speak English. He didn't understand when the cashier asked if he wanted his bagel toasted. The worst part was she gave him the dollar amount and asked if he wanted to round up for a charity. He had no clue what she was talking about. She repeated it and he kind of nodded, so she rounded his order up. I know we're talking less than a dollar, but I'm guessing she's part of a competition to see show raises the most for this charity. It was shameful. Do better folks.

Like you, I have very low expectations at an airport counter service restaurant. But this place surprised. Service was fast, friendly. I got a bagel with Turkey and cheese on it. VERY good.

PRICE made my whole year! I am on day 1 of our much needed family vacation. It's been a year already and it's only May. While in the Starbucks line, I had a hilarious conversation with Price and a lovely Starbucks employee. My soul needed those laughs! My upset stomach needed a plain bagel to calm down. Unfortunately, Starbucks only had cinnamon raisin. Beggars can't be choosers. Upon ordering, I find out that Price had paid for my much needed meal. What?!!! I teared up as I am doing now! When I came back to my family, Price came over with a freshly toasted plain bagel and cream cheese from the Bagel store. I have never received a generous gesture like this. My heart is full! This is going to be a fantastic vacation thanks in part to Price's wonderful heart!

Tasted good, but extremely overpriced for what you get. We ordered two bagel breakfast sandwiches and two juices-cost us $44.00!
