Stay away from this premade old junk garbage place. Can’t make a sub to save their life

I want to love this place, but the service is abysmal. They are not prepared to operate when they open. No one behind the counter is wearing proper hair coverings, either.

This place was DELICIOUS! they are super busy, heads up you may want to call or order online before arriving, otherwise you have to get a sub already made .. absolutely delicious...

Cute spot! But just a heads up that you won’t be able to do even close to all your shopping here. They don’t care basics such as eggs. Their selection of Italian stuff obv is great and the staff was very friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Service was never their forte. But unfortunately the grab and go experience just makes it worse. I recommend their other location in west over that still offers great sandwiches on demand.

Alejandra (Alex) really saved the day and explained how the store worked and how to order. God bless cause I was very overwhelmed.Since it was a Sunday they were pretty busy and only had ready-made sandwiches available (no customs). We went searching for the tik tok famous muffuletta but they said they ran out of that bread and we would only be able to get it at the other location. We got the capri and the Milano sandwiches with a side of extra sweet peppers. I loved the prosciutto on the capri and we both liked the sweet peppers and quality of the bread. We added oregano, olive oil, and vinegar to the sandwiches once we got home. Both sandwiches were $9-$12 and were really good quality meats, cheeses, and bread for the price.Next time we will try the other location so we can get the muffuletta. We will also try the pizza next time!

I’d skip this location and go to Westover. Much larger, cleaner, friendlier staff, etc. Also never got pizza that looked like this at the Westover location.

They have people behind the counter making sandwiches but they won't make you one fresh. They instead point you to large piles of premade sandwiches with soggy bread and not fresh. I saw another customer had a special order and they told him to call and place the order by phone. He went outside and tried to call but just ended up leaving.Jersey Mike's is way better, even though it's a large chain. Not only do they make the sandwiches fresh but they even cut the meat in front of you.

Came on a Sunday afternoon. The place packed with customers. They have a wide variety of hard to find specialties and pizza by the slice. As a born and raised New York City New Yorker, we grew up eating pizza by the slice. It is the only way to eat while at work, waiting for the train, and yes, even on your first date in high school. The pizza here can come close to passing for a true New York slice. We also lived in Europe for over 14 years, I would love to see them make a more traditional Italian style pizzas from the various Italian regions and carry a few more hard to find products such as black in sauce. I will come back again early when they open to talk to the managers. This is so far our new European home.

Best pizza in the DMV hands down. Need an Italian sub - this is a north east transplants go to!Ninos extra large is garlicky and absolutely mouth watering.Stop wasting time and get over to the Italian store for all your Italian delicacy needs!

First time here. Bought lots of food and browsed the whole store. Definitely a place where you'll find something that interests you. Food was good. My favorite part was nothing was too salty, all seasoned just right

I like the diversity of Italian products.

Great little place… great food and great selection of grocery items!

What happened to this place? They used to be the best sub place in the area and now that they became “grab & go” the subs were disappointing. No dressing/sauce, bread tasted stale, not fresh. Staff was not that friendly; I felt rushed.
