I’ve been to about 100 coffee shops in the DC area and this is my favorite. Great, strong coffee. Super friendly and kind staff. Delicious food. Awesome vibes. What more could you want?!

The best service, sandwiches, pastries and coffee in the area! Homemade focaccia, creative coffee drinks, good wine menu and even homemade granola for the pups. We’re regular customers and make sure to bring any visitors here. Martin is always so helpful and friendly, and the entire team and owner Jad’s welcoming atmosphere just keeps us coming back. Great outdoor seating, with covered and warm space for cooler days. Very community focused with book clubs and pop ups that always make me feel welcomed. Fancy grilled cheese and baklava latte are personal favorites, but even a simple cold brew is the best in the neighborhood.

ROOILOB and Chai late were good. Focaccia was really good. Ambience is cozy. You can be outside with a heater. People were very nice. Will return

Best coffee in Arlington hands down. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced and delicious. Local business. Have tried all the coffee places in the area and didnt go back to any of them after having the Ice Coffee at Simona 10/10

The winter blend is sooo delicious. Food was fresh and cute interior.
Update: Just had the apricot rosemary scone and it’s sooo delicious. Perfect amount of sweetness. Savory and sweet.

Terrific place. Coffee is delicious. I usually get the cortado. And either a plain Wilson that’s anything but plain or a chocolate chip cookie with chocolate chunks that seems to be as much scone as cookie. Delicious

Such a lovely spot! Cosy atmosphere, great coffee, and one of the few places where the matcha is really good. Our go-to in the neighborhood!

This is by far the best and most cozy cafe in the area. Definitely try the carrot cake latte and the focaccia.

Great coffee shop, perfect ambiance for summer days, wonder how it will be in winter, but excited to visit again, only qualms is that the coffees are too expensive, charging for alternative milk and flavor shots is wild, even starbucks did away with these micro transactions

Simona is my preferred spot for a great espresso drink in the Courthouse/Clarendon neighborhood and their food is pretty decent as well. It's always busy and noisy, so if you like the bustling vibe, highly recommend. If you prefer a quieter spot, I'd get it to go. They work quickly but it can still take a bit to get your coffee just because they're so popular, so plan accordingly.

I got a Franklin sandwich and an Americano to go, but when I looked at it, it seemed like it was actually a Wilson sandwich:( They served me the wrong sandwich. Of course, I couldn’t check right away since it was packed to go.

This buzzing coffee shop @simonacafe has a real European vibe. We miss Europe sometimes so we explore the area to find the similar vibe. Service was excellent and employees could not stop praising the Cafe’s offerings including pop up cakes and deserts. While it was not available at the time pop up pistachio cake was highly recommended, sourced from DMV Cakes @CakebyKika
If we were the owners of the cafe , we would furnish the patio with greenery to add some shade to the other patio. Double espresso is excellent! We trekked all the way from Alexandria to Arlington to feel the vibe. Inner patio is very noisy, and outer patio is quiet.
