A wonderful place to celebrate a special event! Went here with my partner for his birthday and had an exceptional time; we ordered the Unlimited Small Plates brunch and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious and the service was amazing, I can see why President Obama wanted to come here!

Food was delicious, a very good value for the price. I'd return for that anytime. Seating indoors was loud so we sat outside. Our waiter was stressed, which was apparent by his not listening and inability to hear correction. It was a busy evening and our first time at Liberty Tavern. A friend recommended for good pub food.

We opted for the unlimited brunch and it was fabulous. The food was delicious and small enough portions to be able to try multiple dishes. We opted for the bottomless mimosas and were never dry. The wait staff brought each dish quickly and they were as if just being made. They also cleared the table promptly. I would highly recommend the Liberty Tavern!

Our table was ready, staff was responsive and pleasant, food was served hot and timely and was tasty! They did not rush us out and happily split the bill in half for us. Love Liberty Tavern!

The food, service, vibe, and aesthetic are top notch. However, the decibel level is piercingly loud for a restaurant. My husband and I had to yell to have a conversation, so we both left hoarse with ears ringing. This is not a night club, so why make it so hard for diners to connect with one another? Some strategically placed sound absorbing panels and/or hanging art would do wonders to improve the overall experience to match the high quality food & service.

Liberty Tavern is always a good brunch spot. You can order a dish off the menu or do all you can eat. We chose the all you can eat option so we could try as many items as possible. Everything was yummy. Except the turkey bacon and sage sausage. Those were super dried out. Great spot to meet up with friends on the weekend!

Ordered a pizza to go and it was barely warm, it looked like it was made earlier in the day and just warmed up for my order. Will not order again.

Friendly ppl work there, super nice. Decent food and drinks. Only problem was it's extremely noisy, so very hard to hear inside what ppl are saying unless they SHOUT - adding to the din. (Not sure if outdoor seating wld be quieter bc it's on the sidewalk of a busy road)

Liberty Tavern is one of my favorite restaurant. They always please. My wife and I ate there during restaurant week, a great deal and great food. Lucy, and all of the staff were knowledgeable, efficient, and clean. I highly recommend Liberty Tavern.

Food was okay, you just need to know what to order and what to avoid. For example, they should reconsider anything with grits, especially given they are in Virginia. Do it right, or don't do it at all.

We've been to Liberty Tavern many times and enjoyed the experience. Almost everything on the menus is reliably good, and they have both a range of sophisticated menu items that appeal to adults and also basics like burgers and pizza for my kids. On this visit, was disappointed that it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive, when I was in a party with small kids. Also, I asked for salads to be brought out with our meal specifically to prevent kids from getting bored/distracted while waiting for food, and... the salads were brought out separately, which was disappointing.
