Make sure to get to the place early. Reservations are not honored and they seem to pride themselves on first-come-first-serve, but only if you are a party of 4 or more. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary last night and with a reservation set to see the sunset at 6:15, we were held at the bar until 6:45. During this time, multiple other reservations came in and were sat at window tables, because - and I quote "they had a reservation for a party of 4 or 6". The view is amazing, but do yourself a favor and make sure that if you make a reservation, say it is for at least 4 people....then claim your family/friends bailed. Although a very lackluster anniversary, due-to-the-above, the manager was kind and listened to us vent in a very respectable manner. It doesn't make up for the lack of a lost moment, but she was both kind and understanding, even though she knows the current "rules" are sadly lacking. The food was not great and over-priced (you pay for the view). Expect rubber, over-cooked octopus, and deli-style Caeser salad - and at least a 30-minute wait from being seated to being served.

The service was great. Very responsive and nice. The view was amazing. And while there wasn't an extensive food menu, meal was very good. It was a great place for an anniversary dinner.
My experience was amazing. Our waitress was very nice and not only that. They also listen when you put notes in your reservation. That's rare . I appreciate our first time experience.

Had a burger that cost $26 and it was terrible Overcooked and without any flavor Probably a Bic Mac would have been a better choice. Location was great but it was loud and definitely not worth the time and money. Too bad.

I got the salmon and loved it. My friend got the shrimp pasta and there more sauce than pasta, but still good. Another friend had the burger and liked it. The food was a little overpriced for what it is but the ambiance is lovely so it's definitely worth it!

The service was atrocious. There seemed to be a lot of wait staff but there was no direction for them to bus tables or refill drinks, etc. The food was good, the ambiance was great. Just terrible service-a new manager and team could make this a tough table to get in the city.

First time visit. Wasn't sure what to expect. We got into the elevator not realizing the hostess or manager was in there with us and she was super nice. Very nice place. Food and service were great. Will visit again. Loved the view.

The view is great and the rotating room is unique. But the service is lackluster and the food is brought up from the hotel below. Great date spot, great views—but don't go for the food.
We loved the view. We loved the restaurant circling around the views. Staff was friendly. Food was good and priced right. We celebrated Mom's birthday this year. And celebrated my birthday last year.

Very cool concept! Service, ambiance and views were fantastic. Food was good, but some dishes were fairly small portions and I don't think what you got was worth the price. That being said, if you think of it as paying for the view, the price seems worth it.
The experience was nice, the food was on the expensive side and the options weren't enough... you definitely have to have an open pallete and not be afraid to try new things....IF you are a "no veggies in my rice, I want my burger plain, or nope I don't like that" type of person then I'm sorry this place is not for you...

She could have cared less. The owner of this place needs to look at the wait staff top to bottom and make some changes.
