The place had been closed for 2 weeks! There was no indication on the website and the OpenTable reservations were still active. We showed up and the restaurant was all closed up with a sign on the door.
Restaurant was closed and we had a huge party to feed. No notification of closure on website, google, open table, nothing! Had to scramble to find somewhere else to eat for a birthday! Very upsetting and no apology given.
This place has the BEST “Happy Hour” deals - EvEr ??????A $10 pitcher = WOW!The seating area is massive and it’s centrally located with good parking options! Food deals are good too - popcorn ?Trying brunch today ?
Parking: Yes, you have to pay - but plenty and garages too! Don’t be cheap or Uber up ?
Ate on the patio on Sunday and around 12:45 a terrible order arose that smelled like a cow pasture or farm. It was very strange and very unpleasant. Until that point, the service was wonderful, our waiter was attentive and friendly.
Location is great, atmosphere is great, service is great. Food WAS great which is why I am giving it a 3 star review. This restaurant has had two complete menu overhauls in the past six months which in my opinion were needless. The first iteration of its menu was perfection, and the current one lacks any character or flavor. I recommend bringing back at least some of the southern kitchen concept you were making (and the steaks, they were great for the price!).
Lunch was mediocre at best. The buffalo chicken meatballs were good but not great and definitely overpriced. The house salad which purported to have hearts of palm, tomatoes, radish and cucumber was really just a plate of greens. There was one cherry tomato cut in half and two dime-sized pieces of hearts of palm... no cucumber; quite a bit of red onion though. Outrageous& insulting for $14. The bread pudding was thin and rubbery. This was my first time at the Pinemoor. It was quite underwhelming/disappointing and I probably will not return. Now understand why there were a total of 2 other people in the entire place at the height of lunch hour.
Disregard the menu you see in pictures and online. They recently changed it and it doesn’t even compare to what it was.The staff was slow while I was there for drinks and most importantly, the food I ordered to go was terrible. Literally went straight to the trash.
We were put at a corner table my boyfriend is 6'5 he had no room for his legs which was bad to begin with. I don't recall the servers name but she kept saying what. That there irritated me but I kept my cool. She didn't check on us I had to ask another server to get her for the check. I still tipped her but the service was bad we won't be back.
Took my family here for Father's Day. The place was not packed, but it took a long time for everyone's order to arrive, nearly half an hour. The waitress seldom checked on us and we kept having to flag her down. The appetizer portions are very small but high priced. Food was OK. Not worth the price. Beverages were also quite overpriced. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Had some friends visiting and I wanted to take them to brunch but not somewhere that was very expensive. Found The Pinemore and enjoyed everything. We ordered the $5.00 champagne with orange juice, French toast, omelet and chicken and waffles. All of our food was delicious. Our waiter was very friendly and the atmosphere at the restaurant was great.

Food was great, ambiance was nice but service was strange. It took over 50 minutes to get our food and we never saw our server again so we had to ask the bartender for a second round of drinks and the check.
We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch at The Pinemoor. As soon as we were seated, our waiter David brought us a bucket of their flavored popcorn. Then we quickly ordered our bottle of champagne with a carafe of pineapple juice. I prefer to make my own mimosas, so this was a plus! ?? The champagne had a good flavor and my mimosa's were perfect! The ambiance was nice & chill inside with a decent crowd. I loved the restaurant's music playlist. They also have outdoor seating available upon request. What we ordered: ?️ French Toast Sticks - 7/10 ? Breakfast Sandwich - 9/10 ? Egg White Omelette - 9/10 ? Bottle of Champagne - 10/10 Overall, the service was great, food was good. the ambiance was chill, and they had garage parking directly next door. Another plus! ?? @mariasnextstop
I went to the Pinemoor for happy hour last week. I ordered a salad and they brought me a salad that looked like it had been sitting out for a week, it was disgusting and should never have been served like that. When I told the waitress she argued with me saying there was nothing wrong with it and it was brown because of the dressing. When I said no, the lettuce is old, she disagreed with me. She was extremely rude. I also ordered a wine and our server never brought it. It was a horrible experience all around.
We had a party of 14 and they willingly accommodated us. We had a reservation for 12 and 2 additional showed up. There were only 2 servers working the entire restaurant, and it showed. They were overwhelmed and were short with a couple of guests. 50/50 on the quality and taste of the food. It was a birthday celebration, and the server neglected to take the dinner order for the birthday guest of honor, anywho probably won't come back.
Great atmosphere....The BAD.... Waiter not knowledgeable on the drinks and menu..FOOD was tasteless.. need to add more seasoning.. Need Larger Menu choices.. Host Paola was great...
