We had the restaurant week lunch menu; if I could give 4.5 stars, I would. It's a minor detail, but I only give 5 stars if everything was perfect. My only observation was that the New England clam chowder, while tasty, was just very runny. It was not thick and creamy, which is how I usually prefer it. As I said, it was still tasty, just not exactly what I was expecting texture-wise. Other than that, it is a beautiful restaurant, great waitstaff, and would love to try it again.
Loved happy hour at Salt Line! The oysters and drinks were an excellent value, and our server was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. Such a great experience - will absolutely be back.
Never a bad experiences here. They don’t advertise as a kid friendly place but they’re great with kids so the adults can enjoy their INCREDIBLE food. The swordfish entree is my go to favorite.

Our party of seven really enjoyed brunch at the Salt Line yesterday! I ordered the basic breakfast of two sunny side up eggs, three or four sausages, two pancakes, and potatoes. It was just delicious! Several others ordered from the restaurant week pre-fixe menu. They loved the clam chowder, salad, smash burger and fried fish sandwiches. My daughter ordered a banana split that came with a little pirate flag. The service was excellent! Our waters were refilled and table cleared frequently, and our coffee mugs were topped off. The wait staff was very nice. We will be back! :)
Possibly the best New England clam chowder I've ever had. And nearly perfect service. An extremely well run restaurant.
Due to traffic we were a few minutes late but they held our table. Friendly service from John. Restaurant Week Menu was great - baked oysters & swordfish for me, tuna tartar and shrimp Cacio e Pepe for my better half. We'll definitely be back!
The staff was having an off night. Wrong entree and cold sides made for a poor combination.
This was our third time dining at The Salt Line and it never disappoints. The food was great. Very fresh seafood and the oysters were superb. Our waiter was knowledgeable and very attentive. We brought friends who had never been and they said they would be going back with family. Definitely a go to restaurant.
The outdoor seating is great! Perfect atmosphere, attentive staff, and delicious food!

Second time coming here. Fairly good place to get seafood. Reasonably priced oysters as well. We had a half dozen oysters, the waterman’s platter, Portuguese sausage patty sandwich, crab dip with shrimp crackers, and clam chowder. Everything tasted good. The portions for the waterman platter could feed two adults. Will return during happy hour. Service was attentive.
