Excellent fresh wraps with delicious additions. The vegetarian wrap with extra avocado and cheese was really delicious. Service was great and the staff lovely. Great location by the metro too.

This place was so rude and so awful because I didn’t tell him I need almond milk. They made my coffee with regular milk even though I had told them that I need almond milk while they were making it in before it was made. They would not refund me and we’re extremely rude. It’s so unfortunate because I stop their daily for my coffee on the way to the train. The customer service is awful and they are so rude!!!! Go to Starbucks or Dunkin nearby! You will be sorry if you go here!

Don't be fooled by their so-called history in this location. While affordable, the food is horrible. I've never felt such a bizarre negative vibe. When it comes to customer service. It was as if I was in the Twilight Zone for one moment in my morning's time. Aside from the nice eldest lady the other two are absolutely disrespectful. They lack decency when it comes to service. What is the world coming to when you ask for a bag? After you've paid, they won't run a credit card for 5 cents (understandably). Nor will they give you the bag to carry your items no big deal it's just four city blocks to walk. Mental note carry a nickel at all times when going to this establishment.Oh, and did I mention the disrespect that came from the 2 younger ladies? Awful! I think they mentioned "You don't have to return". Also keep in mind they Don't bake the desserts there. They come from an outsourced company So they may sit there past their expiration point. It makes for a very dry and moldy experience. Oh, and did I mention how disrespectful they can be? I think I did just, for added effect !.....Yuck! hair in my burrito.Nor am I a fan of some unfamiliar liquid pouring out of the burrito.I will never return to this place. I'm still mind boggled from my experience and somewhat traumatized. I really can't pinpoint what I just experienced.

Pastries are the best! However they are unreliable when it comes to hours. They are not open during the hours they say they are open and are NEVER available on the phone. This has happened to me several times over the past 2 years and I am giving up on my once dearly loved pastry shop. I am posting this from outside their closed shop at 12:30pm on a Sunday, really fed up of not being able to reach them. Lights are on in the shop. Non one to be seen inside. No one answers. I tried reaching them an hr before as well. Google says they close at 4pm. Another time they were closed at 4:35pm on a wkday when their hours say they are open till 5 or 6pm.

We love this bakery and have had many selections over the years. This is why we selected Tivoli Gourmet-Deli for our wedding desserts in lieu of a cake. From the tarts, to eclairs, to cheesecakes, to gourmet cakes, the guests loved the options and delicious pastries. Highly recommend getting your next special dessert from Tivoli (and grab a sandwich, too).

The place needs some improvement as it looks very old and outdated. The food was ok. The staff was nice.

Carrot cake was so dry it tasted like sawdust.Definitely had been sitting in the case for a very, very long time. Got an eclair that was terrible also. ?

I tried a raspberry sugar cookie from here, it was very good. They had lots of other cookie and pastry options to try from that looked great, a good option for a sweet treat!
