Serviceable but nothing to write home about. My girl enjoyed it but I've had better. Uncle Roger would not approve. Just moved here from Cali and the Chinese food and beer out here is bland. Ordered the shrimp with garlic sauce and was waiting for the flavor to pop... Never did. Rice was overcooked and the fortune cookie was not even as good as Panda Express. Presentation is better than it tastes.

First timer here, quite disappointed with the taste of the food. The spring rolls have a tangy spice that is not enjoyable at all. The General Tso chicken and shrimp fried rice were pretty good. The service was really great just disappointed with the overall meal.

The **Pastrami Breakfast Sandwich** is a standout. The pastrami is perfectly cooked and the flavors are incredible. I'd happily eat this on anything! The **Breakfast Burrito** (with chorizo) and the **Breakfast Sandwich** with cream cheese and pesto are also delicious, though I’d recommend the latter on a bagel.
The doughnuts are, as you might expect, fantastic. However, at $4 each, they're a bit of a splurge for me.
The **mocha latte** and **nitro cold brew** are both excellent and provide a great morning boost.
The service is top-notch. The woman at the doughnut window (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name) is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every customer feel valued.

Best chinese food in the area hands down. Call direct for delivery and take a look at the coupons. Owners are super nice as well. Try the sesame beef and pork fried rice!

This food was not that good to me. I wanted it garlic sauce. The sauce was watery whatever they put on it and I had an egg roll with no flavor I have to stick with my Chinese restaurants on the Maryland side

I've lived on the Pike for 6 years now. Tonight I finally decided to try Tops. I had a craving for Crab Rangoon and crossed my fingers this quaint little walk-in/pick-up spot would do the trick. The family operating the restaurant is so sweet and kind. They made my food fresh right in front of me. I ordered Crab Rangoon, which was AMAZING! I also tried their General Tso's Chicken, delicious! They give very generous portion sizes, too! This one meal is like 3 meals for me. Great customer service and food. I'm only sorry I didn't try their food sooner.
