My experience was related more towards the delivery. The door dash driver was horrible. She was late , irate when she arrived and slammed my food on the counter in the front lobby of my office building. She told me she kept trying to call and text me and left messages but somehow the phone number given on my order was incorrect. I tried calling the store, no manager was available to help me and the staff did not have the correct answers to respond to my questions. This is the second incident that occurred at this location. I will not be ordering again from this store.

I ordered favorite smoothie twice, the Açai Berry Boost and an Açai bowl. ???
I am really glad that my delivery order went very smoothly and my bowl tasted great. I had modified it to my liking and it was exactly what I asked for. I am happy that Tropical Smoothie Cafe has pretty good quality Açai. ?
I am also glad that they’ve added Vital Proteins Collagen powder as a boost option, which I think is fantastic! I will definitely be ordering again and I definitely look forward to visiting this location.✨

My last experience here has been AWFUL. I ordered a delivery. They said they never received a delivery and that I can come pick up my own food after I paid a delivery fee and tipped! I am still waiting on a refund and it’s been over 20 days. I’ve called the corporate office and they have put in multiple claims and escalated it, but I have yet to hear anything. This franchise has literally stolen my money.

Ordered 2 smoothies and the Thai wrap. I asked for extra peanut sauce and the wrap had NO flavor, I don't see or taste any peanut sauce. Thankfully, the smoothies were delicious because it became my dinner ?
