I love this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location! First it’s super convenient in terms of distance to my job, secondly the food is always of the freshest and most delicious quality. Lastly I truly feel like a valued customer here. Maria, one of the managers was quick to help correct an issue the first time I ordered here and ever since she knows my face when I walk in the door and always greets me with a smile.

Read the fine print on the menu - all smoothies have added sugar unless you ask them not to add it. It’s not listed under the description of the smoothie itself - but in a tiny footnote. Good luck asking for a modification. Certain fruits are “flavors” from “concentrate”. We got the chia banana boost and it tasted like artificially sweetened juice. Spent $10 per person - definitely not worth it.

1st and last time, I know everything is expensive now but I ordered a strawberry smoothie, it literally had like 2 strawberries in it the smoothie was just a little pink, it was a $7.00 cut of shaved ice with a hint of flavor. If you're going to charge $7 at least make it good. But now I understand why the place was empty.

Good service, the cashier was very nice and helpful. It's also very clean and there's always background music. I ordered the Detox Island Green smoothie and it didn't disappoint: the cup is huge, it's super yummy, and only 180 calories!

the food and smoothies are very good and though the service was fast the employees were on there phones while I was trying to order and talking loud in the back. They also got our order mixed up with someone else. I do understand we all have those days, but I expected better costumer services.
