Unfortunately, I was treated disrespectfully by members of this store’s staff, as well as regional and corporate representatives. The corporate representative was especially unprofessional and mean spirited when I spoke with her via phone. She seemed to get a kick out making it difficult for me to receive a refund. A zero rating would be appropriate. Overall, the products are outrageously overpriced. There are some nice seemingly well thought out offerings. There are a number of others that aren’t well thought out regarding real world functionality and quality. In my opinion, the brand is more or less just a status symbol.

Professional. Honored warrantee without any problems when I had to fix the backpack I use on every international flight I take.

Came here this evening and Johnny was super helpful. I'm so grateful because he was informative and offered information that would help me make a decision, but also didn't put pressure on me to buy on the spot (which always makes me walk away). Honestly l, so glad I came in. Much easier to see the size and quality of the bags in person.

Nancy went above and beyond to help us pick out what we needed. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If you go to this store, look for Nancy, she's great!

Quite a bit to be desired from their sales folks. Every time they have been hard to talk to, unfriendly and uncooperative. Their phone number is also wrong here. Here is the correct number 7034138170

I am new to Tumi and their products and services, I had bought online from a company outside of Tumi a Tumi carry on suit case. When I received the suitcase in the mail it was much smaller than I had thought and needed a different option. I went to the Tumi store located at the Pentagon city mall to see if there would be any way for me to select a new bag and exchange the one I had bought from an outside retailer. I was very happy to have met Amanda working that morning, she was an incredible sales person and took care of me by allowing me to get a different bag and pay the difference instead of having to ship it back to the other retailer I had originally bought if from. She walked me through a few bags but helped me pin point what best suited my needs. I was even able to have my initials put on my bag at the recommendation of Amanda. She also had me view a video to help maximizes packing in my new suitcase. Amanda was amazing and I am proud to be in the Tumi family now, I will always seek Amanda out in future purchases or any other Tumi needs. While I was there she also sold me on some additional items, she is a great sales person with vast knowledge and a zero pressure person. Thank you Amanda!!

Will probably never purchase a TUMI bag after the service at this location. This was around 8pm on a Saturday, no one was in the store but one employee and he was busy cleaning (isn't that supposed to occur after the store closes at 9:30?!). He abruptly said hello and continued cleaning, and never once asked f I needed anything. I proceeded to examine one of their larger bags (close to $1,000 price tag, mind you); said employee kept looking over his shoulder but never said a word. I then said "I'm just looking" - at which point the employee shrugged his shoulders and defiantly said "ok". I've visited this location once prior to this, and at that time the staff were nice, but were more interested in conversing with one another than actually helping employees. And the music that was being played didn't exactly seem, um, compliant with the TUMI brand.... I was actually a bigger fan of TUMI prior to them opening their own freestanding stores. I'm due for purchasing a couple of bags in the coming months but will likely go the Briggs & Riley route.

Tumi products look really nice. I always wanted to buy a Tumi bag, but end up buying other high end luggage, like Briggs & Riley or Rimowa. Briggs has a lifetime warranty and Rimowa are known for their long lasting quality and good looks. So, I yet to own a Tumi bag. However, I have other Tumi products, like travel kits, backpacks, sunglass case, etc. Products are very costly, but realize that they are high quality.
