Always a good place to stop and grab lunch/snacks. I like their sandwiches and the staff is always friendly. The inside of the shop is cute and always seems well kept.

Every time I come to Union Kitchen, the staff, the food, and the coffee are always great - they keep me coming back (so much so that I think I come almost 5 days a week - both weekdays and weekends). Even though it’s located right next to Compass Coffee and serves the same brand, I enjoy the coffee here so much better. Not to mention, the line is much shorter. Aside from the coffee, food, and ambiance, I definitely need to shout out all the kind, personable people that I interact with - you can’t go wrong with any of these amazing people preparing your food, making your coffee, or taking your order: Bryan, Paola, Deniz, Daisy, Mary, Amina, and Gerardo.Kid-friendliness: My kids are very picky eaters and I would come here almost every Saturday and Sunday with them. We’ve always felt welcome and accommodated. I would get them either sides of sausage or sides of bacon with croissants and a cup of milk. There are also some games available for entertainment (jenga, connect 4, chess, and others).

They place is nice a bit pricy but if you're looking for a good sandwich or sum it's decent

After leaving the Ballston mall I came across this cute little cafe/store. I’m so glad I stopped in! I got the best breakfast sandwich called the breakfast royale and a small latte! The came on a flakey croissant and had an amazing sauce on it! As I waited for my sandwich and coffee I wondered around the grocery area. There was a great selection of drinks. I personally went for an orange ollipop (seemed like a healthier soda alternative). Everything turned out amazing and I will definitely be back again! Also found out breakfast is served until 2pm! Which makes for a good little brunch spot for those late risers.

Had the best sandwich here, loved the environment! They also have a healthy variety of snacks to go along with my sandwich.

They always say hi and make great food for us. The team is very nice as well. I look forward to seeing them every week. Lots of color in the store as well.

It was terrible. I ordered the wakey wakey bacon breakfast item and this was the first meal I literally have not been able to eat. Potato’s were cold and soggy. Seemed like they just opened a bag of frozen cut up potatoes and microwaved it for 10 seconds. Egg was somehow stale. Apple slices just did not taste good. Paid 11$ for this terrible meal, should have asked for a refund. Friend ordered a breakfast sandwich he said was just ok. I really do think they just microwave old food they have frozen in the back. DO NOT GO HERE

Had a delicious baklava but pricey at $5 for a small square; then again, keep your prices up though so I stay away!

Quick service, incredible ambiance, and the best caprese sandwich I've had in a long time. Highly recommend!

Generally, loved my experience here!Ambiance: (5/5) They have indoor and outdoor seating. They also have games available to play while you are there. It does get a bit cold in there. They have some frozen items for sale too so this is a unique spot.Price: (4/5) Prices are average for the area.Food: (5/5) I only got the Vietnamese coffee but it was really good. It was a bit sweet but I didn't mind. The bagel sandwich my friend got also looked really good so I want to come back to try more.Service: (5/5) Staff is very nice and food comes out quick.

Well, that was disappointing, paying $15 for a sandwich that was on stale bread with minimal condiments. I've had better sandwiches at Subway. If you're going to charge that much, make sure the bread was made sometime in the last week and put a decent amount of lettuce and tomato on it.

Very surprised by the good reviews. We decided to grab a couple sandwiches for breakfast. Got turkey provolone and salami. Both were around $13 and both were awful. VERY salty, lackluster ingredients on old bread, and absolutely nothing taste wise warranted this price. $6 NYC bodega sandwiches are infinitely better. Honestly the worst sandwich I have ever had.
