Idk what is with this location and online orders. They will not make your food right. The screen tells you no tomato. Why is there tomato on both of my sandwiches. If youre allergic to something that comes on a sandwhich, go somewhere else.

The staff here are always so rude. They treat you like you pulling up to the drive-thru and making them take your order is inconveniencing them. And then when you ask for extra sauces it's as if it's coming right out of their paycheck, even when you say you want to pay for the extra sauces they'll even cut you off mid sentence telling you no you can't have extra sauces.
If I order a sandwich and want to eat my fries with a sauce instead of ketchup I shouldn't have to fight with a fast food worker to do so.

This will be the first and final time I leave a review (or dine for that matter) at a Wendy’s location. Not only has their food quality fallen off a cliff, they evidently have no respect for their clientele. I asked for a Dave’s Double sandwich with a LEAF of romaine lettuce (not that shredded nonsense) and was told they could NOT accommodate me because they don’t even use that type of lettuce anymore! Incredible how far this company has fallen. 14.50 for stale fries and a sandwich with similar ingredients as a pathetic big mac? What a joke!
And to top it all off, the oreo brownie frosty I ordered came with a nice present upon my first spoonful: a disgusting, filthy strand of hair from an unknown assailant. Absolutely vile. Have you no sense of decency?!
I’m done. I’ve had it. Wendy’s has fallen too far to be saved. Absurd prices, disgusting food, and questionable food safety policies, it is over for them. Dave Thomas is rolling in his grave! 300 stores closing isn’t enough. Shut down the entire operation.

Wendy’s restaurant is absolutely terrible in every sense of the word. The food is extremely delayed, the orders are prepared very slowly, and the staff are unskilled and unprofessional. I do not recommend visiting it — it’s an inappropriate place and the worst you can imagine. Thank you.
I love Wendy's but not this location! I work the graveyard shift and I have ordered 3 times from this location. Whoever works the graveyard shift here sucks. The salad was wilted. The Jr. Cheeseburgers tasted very old. The fries were rubbery and the tomatoes on my cheeseburgers disintegrated away due to overexposure of air.

Ordered the $8 JBC combo. First off while ordering I got asked to purchase a frosty, cookie, make my meal a large, etc. basically tried upselling me on everything on the menu. I nicely denied all the additional upselling the lady was trying to get me to purchase. Once I opened my burger….there was a piece of a napkin at the bottom of my burger. Picture attached. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

This Wendy's is a disaster. They always always always get the order wrong. I was supposed to get a 10 pack of chicken nuggets they gave me six. I was supposed to get to sauces they gave me zero. Then they have an attitude when you call them out on it. Complete ineptitude and complete utter lack of customer service... zero Stars
