They try to steal money. Do not go here. They add fake fees and try to charge more hoping you can’t do math or won’t double check the bill. It would be funny if it wasn’t so sad and disturbing.

While getting a drink at the soda machine I saw a mice come out of the employee only door and it went under the table next to where the ketchup and napkins are set. When I told the manger, the kitchen staff started laughing along with the manger on duty. I told him its not funny and that its a food hazard. He said ill call the pest control and didn't take it serious. The experience was very disrespectful and disappointing . I ALSO like to point out the tables and floors were dirty in the dinning area and there food spread throughout the kitchen floor. Very unsanitary and unprofessional place. If anyone knows a health inspector please let them know about this encounter. People should not be eating in a mice infasted and unsanitary restaurant, with poor management and employees. I will not be coming back. Disgusting.

Food was not good at all.....nuggets were cold.....fries was so little.....so little and barely you can see it in the box.....sandwich has a very small piece of lettuce

Customer service is free. Patience is free. Kindness is free. So, why does the workers here act as though it cost them their life savings just to show some decency. Horrible service!

The guy taking my order gave me the COMPLETELY wrong order and yelled at me when I politely informed him otherwise (gave me an apple cob salad with large drink when I asked for a Caesar salad, large fries, no drink). Never coming back here.

My husband and I both got food poisoning after ordering their triple baconator, a mushroom bacon cheese burger, and 2 drinks. While I am pregnant and therefore prone to it, my husband is not. The floor and tables were also unwashed and sticky, and our mobile order was not up on the screen but ready and sitting in the fryer area and no one was up by the registers to ask about it for a few minutes. DO NOT RISK ANY CRAVINGS HERE IF PREGNANT. CAN BE DANGEROUS.

Friendly service. They have the key tag for 2025 where you pay $3 and you get that little Frosty, one per visit free throughout the entire year with any purchase in restaurant. I like the fact they're using it to contribute to charity.

The drive through here is super fast and efficient. I’m not sure how easy it would be to get in and out of the parking lot during rush hour- but at 2pm, not too bad.

every single time i come to Wendy's i always have to check my bag for things that i have explicitly asked for in the app for my food. Why must i ALWAYS look in my bag to ensure 1 my order is correct and 2 that everything I've asked for is placed in my bag. I come here for lunch and to not have the sauce almost every single time either not at all or not the amount (and i do not ask for excessive amounts for it to be refused) it's just unfair as a consumer and ridiculous. I do not have time to go up and down 29 when they just DO NOT READ the ticket.... it PLAINLY prints everything i ask for on the order! It would be great to get consistency through the northern va Wendy's.... JUST READ THE TICKET IT TELLS YOU WHAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WANT
