Worker with glasses and long hair was already in the urinal when I came into use the bathroom, he’s on the phone talking the entire time. I use the stall and he’s STILL at the urinal, then when I wash my hands he decided he shouldn’t wait to wash his hands and I stopped him and told him,” You’re not going to wash your hands???” To which he replied, “I will when I get back.” He just sat outside and was on the phone still and he seemed on the clock. Investigate this Wendy’s.

Yikes, this was always been our go to fast food restaurant. But holy crap has this place gone downhill. The cashier couldn’t do simple math (maybe more reflection of the times), and the place was disgustingly with dirty tables. Please keep the tables clean for others to eat!

I visited this location on August 6th around approximately 2:55-3:00pm. I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal with sweet and sour sauce. They forgot to put the sauce in the bag and only gave me SIX NUGGETS which I didn't notice till I got home because WHY WOULD YOU EVER THINK YOU'D HAVE TO COUNT YOUR NUGGETS. Now I know. Y'all should be ashamed. If I paid for a full meal, give me a full meal

I asked, and the reason was they were out of the Asiago sandwich. So instead of telling me, they just changed my order.
They gave me a 10 piece nugget meal without any sauce options or anything. Just tell the customer and let them change the order. Lazy and immature.

While getting a drink at the soda machine I saw a mice come out of the employee only door and it went under the table next to where the ketchup and napkins are set. When I told the manger, the kitchen staff started laughing along with the manger on duty. I told him its not funny and that its a food hazard. He said ill call the pest control and didn't take it serious. The experience was very disrespectful and disappointing . I ALSO like to point out the tables and floors were dirty in the dinning area and there food spread throughout the kitchen floor. Very unsanitary and unprofessional place. If anyone knows a health inspector please let them know about this encounter. People should not be eating in a mice infasted and unsanitary restaurant, with poor management and employees. I will not be coming back. Disgusting.
