This particular Wendy's is staffed by women for whom you must repeat questions many times because their understanding of the American English is lacking. When asked to see the size of the soda cups & the fries container the woman behind the counter got miffed because we didn't have more familiarity with the Wendy's menue. The shifts of workers here have been disappointing of late.

Anybody giving this place more than one star must show up at 1am, baked to a T because this Wendy’s location is GARBAGE, lots of rats outside and inside, food is undercooked, they will give you medium portions for larger, they will overflow ice to give you less drink, my Dave’s double, the cheese was not even melted and the patty was room temp warm. DO NOT COME HERE!! THEY WILL TAKE YOU MONEY WITH A SMILE AND UPSALE HARD AS HELL FOOD THAT THEY THEMSELVES DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COOK !!!!! Please save yourselves !!!!

I went to order food from them at 1am they charged me for a large drink when I didn’t ask for a large also the old manager was very rude and was telling me my meal doesn’t get any sauce even tho my order was like 35$ he gave me a drink told me it was diet and it wasn’t! Absolutely horrible service !

I’m giving this Wendy’s location a well-deserved five stars, even though my order wasn’t followed exactly. I ordered a plain triple burger and clearly told the cashier “plain,” but I received one with cheese. I don’t eat cheese from any fast-food chains, but since I was really hungry, I ate it anyway—and it actually tasted great!

That said, please make sure to follow customers’ special requests next time. The cashier was very kind and friendly, and the overall service and food quality were excellent. Great job, Wendy’s—keep spreading kindness and patience!

Usually I’m not a person that goes ahead and write reviews even if the service is bad, bad when that happens to my wife and our newborn child, that’s a different story, wendy’s should do a better job when hiring their staff, who clearly don’t even know what items are on the menu, then continue to give attitude to my wife cause they couldn’t accept the fact they’re wrong! This happened at the drive-thru, date 08/10/2025 around 12pm, shame on the hiring team and some of their idiotic minions
