Usually I’m not a person that goes ahead and write reviews even if the service is bad, bad when that happens to my wife and our newborn child, that’s a different story, wendy’s should do a better job when hiring their staff, who clearly don’t even know what items are on the menu, then continue to give attitude to my wife cause they couldn’t accept the fact they’re wrong! This happened at the drive-thru, date 08/10/2025 around 12pm, shame on the hiring team and some of their idiotic minions

The drive thru doesn’t always quality check their orders, even when business is light. Be prepared for mistakes now and then.

They Girls that work here are great. It's a neighborhood Wendy's. They have learned my order and they are quick, I even forgot to order extra pickles and they still put it on my burger!! 😊

Value is no longer there super expensive for the quality of food and service you get.
While they're a customer went through the drive-thru had to come in because they didn't get the sandwich they ordered
After I sat down inside I had to go back to the counter because they neglected to give me something I ordered.
Single baconator meal for 13 bucks in the sandwich look like it was a junior cheeseburger for a kid ridiculously overpriced for what you get
Count your change, the employee mistakenly a $5 bill for a $1 and argued as if I didn’t know how much money I gave him. Please pay attention and do not allow them to wrongfully take your change!
We ordered two Spicy Chicken Sandwich combos, large fries, a large Coke, and a Dave’s Double. When we asked for six barbecue sauces, the employee, Nadia refused to give them to us. We then asked to speak with the manager, and in response, she made a racist comment, saying, ‘You guys are like that anyways,’ because we are Black. This was completely unacceptable and discriminatory.

If you buy in this location, always ask for your receipt and check.
Today I went shopping here and the receipt said that they had charged me more and it didn't specify. I went back to ask and the person was no longer there, there was another one.
Then he tells me it wasn't your receipt but the card was there. He asked why you charged more and they didn't answer.
They gave me what they charged me but what if you don't check. Be careful.
There was no one else there, it was just me buying.
