Sirak did an amazing job. His service was friendly and approachable. His smile never faltered.
Centrally located to the E 50-59 gates. Close place to sit and wait for your flight from those gates.
The negative reviews are shocking—I had a great experience here last week. Fitsum, the bartender, was extremely friendly and all other employees I interacted with were awesome. The cocktails were great! I didn’t order any food (so can’t speak to that). Unlike other reviews, I was not charged for several cups of water. They are right next to several gates and you have an awesome view of the US Capital. Will definitely be back next time I’m at Reagan. Thanks Fitsum and team!
I enjoyed talking with other travelers at the bar and the servers were fantastic, quick, friendly, accommodating. However the food (avocado toast and coffee) was not good, cold and hard toast, funny tasting eggs/avocado, and low end coffee.
This stop at the airport was fantastic! The service was on point & the lattes were some of the smoothest! My omelette was delicious & bacon was perfect!
The time is 10:21 PM on March 13 and I wanted to Shirley Temple and I was told repeatedly that they already did last call even though it says they close at 11 PM
The bartenders were the worst we had ever seen. Rude and unkind and their drinks were subpar. We were there max 25 minutes for one drink and they had 20 open seats in the middle of the day. They were talking among themselves and watching YouTube videos with each other and kept staring at my friends watch and pointing and speaking in a different language so we had no idea what that was about. We would have happily entertained a convo… that’s no big deal, but they kept forgetting us and we had to ask for water and we were going to order some top shelf drinks but they were too busy watching music videos to notice us. Anyway the service sucked with tons of open seats and they didn’t close for another 6 hours). Will only go to the private airport lounges from now on. No wonder their reviews suck.
Traveling with an infant and we asked for a cup of hot water to warm a bottle for the baby. Without hesitation, the employee told us they’d be charging us for it. I get that businesses have to make a profit, but doing so on the backs of a warm cup of water is absolutely insane. Lame service.
Bartender was unfriendly and not very motivated! We sat at the bar for at least 10 minutes before he bothered to take our order. Did not smile or say good morning. Not impressed!
80 dollars for a few beers and hummus, waitress was extremely rude I didn't tip 18+%. Im not tipping 14 dollars on what would normally be a 20ish dollar ordeal.

Incredibly rude staff!
Looks pretty, but the food was awful. I got a Caesar salad with no meat and it was sooo bitter tasting. The waitress was phenomenal. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Just stay away from this place. When you ask for water, they will bring a bottle and charge $3.25. The food is served in miniature portions on cardboard (that is not even composted). Suggestion: charge me $3 more on a bigger plate for the skewer plate and give me some rice so I don’t have to go get a burger after because I’m still hungry

This place needs some Vegan options, at least for breakfast. Some almond or soy milk for coffee at least. Everywhere in DC has this but this place.
