Possibly the worst service I have ever experience. Went with a group on a Wednesday. We sat for 15 minutes before anyone brought menus--and only after I got up and asked someone. It took 30 minutes for someone to take our order, then another 30 minutes (no joke) before the beers came!. Then one meal (mine), followed 10 minutes later by another meal, and than 15 minutes later by yet other meals. Some of us waited an hour for our food. Several of the orders were messed up as well. Then we had to beg for the checks. Unbelievable.

The selection of beer is great, but this new thing they're doing with loud club music and plastic cups is a total buzzkill on weekends. Went on Friday night and there was a DJ, loud music (so loud that you can't talk at a table), and beers were in plastic cups and not even to the top. Not a classy place to go on a Friday night anymore, so we ended up leaving after 1 drink. Big disappointment. Bartender told me it was to suit "college kids who don't want to go to Clarendon". My opinion is that this is a place to go chill and enjoy nice beers, so not sure what they're going for.

Is it acceptable for co-workers/World of Beer staff to be drinking alcohol at the bar while working? The manager did not have an answer and that is not a surprise, but expect poor treatment and rushed service when you dine in here. I've seen the lack of professionalism and respect from both Blu and Brian when it comes to dealing with the LGBTQ+ community. The general public deserves to be aware of the types of people and environments they are supporting and enabling when they are dining in. Overall, I don't recommend that anyone eats or works at this restaurant if they are looking for a safe space.

Frist time here. Got invited by a friend. At the bar. 2 bartenders, females. Passed by me when I came and sat down for a good fifteen minutes. Even in that time, they hadn't checked on my friend who was here longer. He finally got one of their attention (one with glasses). But she already came with an impatient attitude. With that attitude, I didn't want to order anything from that bartender. Eventually, the other young lady with braids in a ponyrail came to us with a smile on her face. She was nice. Just no time to order food. Nor did I want to drink a beer on an empty stomach. Had a movie to catch.

Walked over with about a dozen coworkers at 5:00 for happy hour. Place was basically empty so we figured service would be quick. I'm currently sitting here at 5:42 and we have yet to receive a single drink. I have to leave at 6 :(. I'm not mad I'm disappointed. How about about world of no beer, know what I'm sayin (5:49 edit)

Good selection of beer, lots of tvs to watch football, pretty spacious, and the buffalo wings smell delicious (but didn't try them, they are a bit on the pricey side). Bartenders were all friendly too

We went to World of Beer to watch the World Cup final game with Argentina vs. France and had a wonderful time. They opened early for the game, had a great menu of food, and the service was excellent. The crowd in the restaurant was also really fun and not unruly or obnoxious. Everyone had fun cheering for their teams and just enjoyed the whole vibe of the place.

Just okay. I came in with my boyfriend on a quick stop because we were hungry. I ordered a sprite which ended up being out, and Mongolian bbq wings (sauce was tasty, wings needed some more seasoning) and a Cesar salad with the dressing on the side. I do this to control the amount of dressing on the salad. There were two romaine lettuce heads in the salad. This reminds me the celery was also wilted and browning. Overall it was okay. Probably won't come back.

Terrible. It's like they don't know what's on their own menu. Missing items and lack of response to the problem.

Had an incredible time here with friends to watch the US game and celebrate a birthday. Our server reminded us constantly about happy hour prices after 3pm. We waited until then to get reduced pricing on fireball/green tea shots. We ended up getting charged full price. That did get corrected once we caught it. I then closed out my tab and picked up my friends tab. My tab was $40 and my friends $39. I left cash and when the bill came back, both were combined and the price changed to $87. The server mentioned that the taxes had changed but that clearly wasn't the case as drinks prices were different on the ticket as I pointed out. The server was overwhelmed and didn't want to make the changes as it was busy. It's absolutely ridiculous to be changing prices on tickets, we won't be coming back.

Bar smells like a dirty airport bar. Lots of TVs which is great but the bartender/s struggled with figuring out what tv to put which game on although customers made it clear so it'd work for everyone there. Did not get food because it smelled awful so we got a drink and left. Bartender/s lacked personality and could have been friendlier in an uncrowded bar. One of the bartenders watched tv and neglected several empty drinks. Lost money! Easy to clean up and make 4 stars but needs management.

Short Answer: None of the employees know what's going on or when. They trash talk sports they are showing while you watch them. Decent for UFC fights, crap for everything else Long answer: Came for a UFC fight (which was fun) and saw a digital poster for an all you can eat breakfast for the FIFA World Cup opening on Nov. 20th 5am - 11am. This is where the red flags started. We asked the bar staff for more info but they didn't know anything about their own World Cup event. The day before we called to make sure and again no one had any clue about the event. They just said "if you saw that while you were here, then it must be true." We show up at 9:50 before the opening ceremony and the place is still closed. One of the two guys who eventually opens the door says we don't open until 11am. I have to show him his own poster that is still displayed in the restaurant that they advertised 5 am - 11am AYCE breakfast and World Cup opening. His response: "That's really for the 5 am crowd." So I ask "Did you have a lot of people here at 5 am because the opening ceremony doesn't even start until 10?" He says, "oh well I wasn't really here so I don't know about today but that's for the other days of the cup because some games are at 5 am." I say "Sure, but your poster says only on Nov. 20th. There's nothing about other days." He gives up and says "I guess we can get you the AYCE and put the World Cup on for you." We felt like a nuisance for coming to the event they advertised in store and on Instagram. I was going to let it go because it probably wasn't these guys fault for having bad management. But that was until the bartender started trash talking soccer. He specifically said: "To be honest I'd rather watch little league baseball instead of this. These guys are always faking injuries. They're such wimps." Come on. We're literally wearing soccer jerseys. What moron says that to people who came to your restaurant to watch the FIFA World Cup?? And he said it over and over again! He was the epitome of the guy who peaked in high school who wants to tell you how he could have gone pro but politics and injuries ya know? Garbage time do not recommend.

This literally breaks me to leave a review like this. This place has so much potential but is a complete disappointment. If I owned this place, I would fire all my staff and start over. The beer & food is fine and vibe is good. I couldn't believe when not only did I see a server with an AirPod in, it took 23 minutes to get my CAN of beer, we were sitting next to the fridge. I saw a server going outside to mingle for 20 mins at a time. The staff was so horrible, only come here if you have nothing to do the entire day. Literally waited 20 mins for the check to the point where one of our friends had to go up to the bar and ask for it. I have worked 8+ years in the service industry, I am APPALLED.

Huge selection of beers - HUGE, great service and plenty of tv’sWorst bar food ever. I’ve tried so many things here because it’s a fun place but the buffalo wings are by far the worst I’ve ever had and the salads are just as bad. Burgers are ok tho - it makes me sad that the food is this way - the staff and customers deserve better
