Should have had better judgement on this place. Ordered some food on the flight layover, immediately got bad stomach ache and nausea. Went back to observe and only then noticed that employee who served food was wearing gloves but was handling/touching pots and pans around kitchen loaded food WITH HER HANDS still wearing same gloves

Thai iced coffee is stale and in a premade bottle.

Food is like a soggy boiled mess that was airing in a food warmer for hours or maybe all day. Horrible!

When I got my spicy king pao bowl, it genuinely looked like slop. But I tried it but I hadn't eaten all day and was curious. The amount of sodium in this food should be illegal

Menu lists one price but they charge you more at checkout, won’t honor listed price. They’ll let you check out for one item and then they said they don’t have it anymore, either wait 45 minutes or take something else.

We were looking for something not too expensive and somewhat healthy at Reagan Airport so decided to get dumplings. We got steamed veggie dumplings and they came with a sauce as well as soy sauce. The sauces were too salty so we ditched them. The dumplings were ok - a little gummy and chewy with an average filling

Buns over steamed and stuck to the paper (rips them open when you remove paper). Beef filling was meh but the bbq was not bad. Bad service but quick.

Ate at the DCA location right before a flight. The food was really bad, I wish I took a picture of it to show but I threw it away too quickly. Me and my girlfriend got 2 rice bowls, spicy kung pao and teriyaki, some baos, and Thai iced coffee. The lady at the front got my order wrong twice, didn’t get me the baos, and also swapped my white rice for fried rice (+$2.99). The Thai iced coffee tasted like coffee flavored water. And the rice bowls were the worst part, they were basically 40% sauce and the rice was basically porridge and there was hardly any meat at all. Plus the portions were tiny, I ended up overpaying tons for some dookie food.

Would rather eat out of the Panda Express garbage than eat at wow bao again.

Do not be fooled by the 3.3 star reviews, all the good reviews are from 5 years ago.

Also go read the review about how they dissed a kid with a hearing disability.

I order from grubhub the Driver called me, said that they didn’t have the rice of my choice , then the food arrives and the portion is so small .part rice part teriyaki chicken, the teriyaki chicken taste like raw MEAT It was so disgusting and mushy. The eggroll was SO HARD I couldn’t even break it it was so hard. I’m totally disappointed, and I will not be given this restaurant an other dime ever in my life.

There is, sadly, zero wow in this bao. Skip this joint. It is one of the offerings at the far end of the D gates at DCA Washington National so it does have convenience. What it doesn't have is taste. Flavorless teriyaki chicken slopped (yes, exactly like sloppy Joe) over rice. Zero taste. The dumplings were okay but they were stone cold. The dumpling sauce (what tiny little I was given) finally added flavor. The whole establishment was dirty and sticky. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here for food and drink.

The food was filling, although it didn't quite stand out. The citrusy glazed chicken rice and the teriyaki chicken rice had a bit more pronounced sweetness than I anticipated, and both were watery. The baos were an intriguing concept, particularly the cheeseburger flavor, but they could benefit from a more robust flavor profile. The service was adequate but nothing particularly noteworthy. Additionally, the dining area could use some attention to enhance the atmosphere.
