I am absolutely disgusted by how an employee acted to a kid behind me. The kid behind me is clearly deaf and the man at the register, wearing a mask, isn’t taking the time to try and understand that this kid can’t hear nor read or the employee’s lips so the kid signaled asking for the man to write down what he’s saying. I reiterated what the kid was trying to communicate and this rude man rolls his eyes, looks around for a paper and pen is clearly showing how he thinks this is a ridiculous ask and just throws the pen and paper at this kid. I take the time to write down and explain what the man at the counter horribly fails to communicate. His attitude is disgusting and he should not be in customer service.

The family ordered a sampler, we only got random order of potstickers..My wife got potsticket and rice, no bowl came.The bao are tiny, comes only with soy packets and no specialized dip.

There was no nutritional value to speak of, which made the steep prices even more insulting. While the staff were somewhat decent, they hardly made up for the abysmal meal.

Yeah.. stick to panda express. $27 total for the combo+3 dumplings. I know it's airport food but the bowl is basically a flavored rice bowl and the dumplings have been drying in the steamer. Only thing good was the bottle of Spruce Cost soda. Never again.

Needed something to eat before a morning flight, so I tried this place. It's been a while since I've been to a Wow Bao. Pretty mediocre stuff. The pork bun wasn't super flavorful, and was only slightly warm. Pretty disappointing. Nice staff though.

This place was truly awful. kung pao chicken was nothing like the pictures and unappetizing to look at. It was ground chicken gravy with chunks of bamboo and ginger.They stuff a whole packet of dumpling in a container to reheat it and it comes out all flattened and weird. The taste doesn’t recover here too.It’s equally unappetizing.It’s far below mediocre taste wise.

As others have mentioned, this place gets 2 stars solely on the fast service, otherwise it’s quite disappointing. We got the citrus glazed chicken and jasmine rice combo w/bao and dumplings. For 2 people we paid $40, unfortunately we didn’t feel we got our value’s worth. The portions are small and the taste is underwhelming. The dumplings and the bao are somewhat of a saving grace, otherwise all other menu items should be avoided. The staff is friendly and efficient, but the food is not worth your time or money. Look to eat somewhere else.Vegetarian options: There are veggie dumplings and veggie bao

There was no line and they accepted my airline meal voucher from my delayed flight. Service was fast and friendly but the food was overpriced and mediocre as you can expect from airport fast food. I got a couple of smallish buns and some dumplings, both of which were fine.

Ask me, the food is not tasty or worth the cost. I had the chicken bao bun and beef bao bun, the chicken teriyaki and sweet beef bowels with white rice and potstickers. Upset is an understatement. Almost $60 for something I say is not tasty at all. The chicken was Shredded with extra bits and vegetables smeared in this "not so" teriyaki sauce. I exchanged with my wife and the beef was a smidgen better but not worth the price. The best thing we had there was the Gatorade.
