Owner is rude and disrespectful. When I said I wanted to return the product because it doesn't work. She told me didn't you see my website, no returns with an attitude. I told her I did not see it and if i knew that I wouldnt have bought it. She said $160 is nothing to me. If $160.00 is nothing to you then why don't you allow returns? Your product is not what you claim. To top it off she hung up on me. Do not buy from her.

I switched to Wub a few months ago and I’m very happy with it. The heating component that goes all the way to the edge really makes a difference and there is a marked difference with the injera that I make now 👍🏽 I bought the mitad in person and I really appreciated the customer service provided. The gentleman who was at the store really took his time to explain how the mitad works, what to do before using it for the first time and common issues to watch out for. I have recommended the mitad to others. Adey/NYC

Wub griddle is not a good and reliable griddle and don't buy it. It doesn't meet global standards of quality, safety and efficacy/performance.
We report the issue to FEMP and we are waiting on their reply. Also the owner of the store is a very rude, unprofessional and griddy person.
