In recent years there seems to be a proliferation of small-plate Mediterranean restaurants. But Yayla remains as one of the best, reasonably priced originals in northern Virginia. There is a pleasing range of mezzes, salads, entrees hot and cold, flat breads, spreads, etc . I had a Yayla mule, 3 spreads, lemony rice soup and superb shrimp.
