Z Burger (Crystal City) Arlington

We ordered onion rings, and when we opened it, there is an empty cup underneath the rings! Are you trying to make it look like it has more food? This is deceiving the customers!! I don’t think this portion worth $7! Please explain!!

Place is okay. $21 for a combo so it’s much more than Shake Shack. Wouldn’t come back again, wasn’t impressed especially for the higher prices.

Good burger, comparable in quality to Five Guys or In and Out. Decor and menu make it look like they are trying to be the In and Out of the DC area. I'm intrigued by the Cheesesteaks on the menu, I'll have to come back to try one. 4 stars for the food because it's good, but i could get a better quality burger for the same price at BGR.

We came in for a decent burger and fries and did not like the whole experience. The $7 milkshake was maybe only 10 oz and the flavor "Chocolate Oreo" had a disgusting and unusual taste to it. We tried to return it and exchange for a fountain drink and the employee argued and originally denied the exchange stating that we already tasted the drink. We did not back down and ended up getting a fountain drink which ended up being watered down.

After that situation we sat down to eat and the spicy chicken sandwich had a very disgusting after taste. I could not take another bite and just wasted that as well. So, all together we spent $39 and probably enjoyed the fries which were huge and the bacon double burger which was good, juicy and big.

I’ve ordered delivery from here twice now and both times the food has been delicious, hot, and fresh. I’ve ordered the cheeseburger and cheesesteak, and also fries and onion rings and milkshakes. Quintessential burger stand food- my new go-to.

Came here for the first time, I ordered onion rings and a chicken sandwich, the food was a 2/5 . The onion rings was a bag full huge serving but had zero flavors very bland. The sandwich was very overwhelming. The cheesecake milkshake was 5/5. The service on the other hand was great. The food needs a lot of improvement.

The turkey burger was DELICIOUS! Also the cheese burger was pretty good too. Came in for a quick bite and did not disappoint!

We ordered 2x burgers with bacon and cheese, 1x burger with just the bacon and no cheese, a philly cheesesteak and drinks from the fountain. Our small order took more than 30 minutes, the patties were absolutely tasteless, the bacon only burger had no bacon. The cheesesteak was just about the best thing out of the entire experience.

Another promising burger brand going down the drain, paid almost $19 for just fries and chicken cheese steak sub, shockingly the bill included a $0.98 service and packaging fee?? Really? Fries were cooked in old oil and stunk badly and tasted horrid, the sub was one of the worst I've ever had. Never will I ever be visiting Z again especially the crystal city location. Save your money and spend it elsewhere!

Terrible customer service. Our flight got canceled so we ended up in a hotel for the night. This was the closest place for an Uber Eats delivery. The receipt from the restaurant did not include the drink I ordered (and was charged for) and the bag did not include the onion rings (ordered and charged for). When I called to try to get the issue resolved the man who answered wouldn't listen to my issue and tried to start a whole new order for me, then, when he finally understood, he told me he was going to get a manager and hung up on me! When I called back the phone rang forever and no one ever answered. Needless to say, I do not recommend this place regardless of how enticing the location is or how hungry you are.

This is a great burger place! The menu strikes me as a Five Guys competitor (they offer tons of free toppings, and they overloaded my order of fries, which is always fun--and they have seasoned fries).

The prices are better than Five Guys and the quality is good. The restaurant has a fun old-school style vibe.

Will definitely be back here!

The burgers are good and the fries and onion rings both are great. More of a takeout place than somewhere to eat in but the patio is really nice when it's sunny out.
