We went to eat at the Zavaleta restaurant for the first time today and I can say that the seafood soup we ordered for two people is very good, the atmosphere and Miss Diana's attention are very good, I can say that I would come again and recommend that you visit.

I traveled 1 hour to get to this place. First, they don't have parking, it's very small. Second, I waited more than 1 hour for a table when they had told me it would only be 15 minutes and when they finally sat me down, more than 20 minutes passed and the waitress never showed up. I got up and left the restaurant very very bad customer service I do not recommend it

The only thing I can say is that the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It would be great to train the waiters so as not to make the customer feel ignored. I can say that they made us feel bad because of the poor service from the staff.

Service was fine but there was literally nothing that they did have to offer. Most of the dishes on their menu weren't even available. The $50 meat platter was the saddest thing ive ever eaten, the seasoning on it was probably still in the packaging cause theres no way a single hint of salt got in there.

First time in the restaurant, my family was happy and enjoyed the food, the olla de poseidon was so delicious, it was enough for two people , fried calamari was good as well and we were happy that we can enjoy a michelada , perfect with the seafood! VALENTINA DID A GREAT JOB as our server, she was so nice and helpful, I always appreciate the places having clean restrooms! Definitely ? recommend them and we’ll comeback soon

I'm going to tell you that I have visited many restaurants that according to me have 5 stars, but here I am going to give it a 10 out of 10 ? the flavor is so original to our little thumb EL SALVADOR, excellent flavor and seasoning, we were super satisfied, especially that sopon from POSEIDON! And as for the service, the girl who served us, LAURA, was very attentive and was attentive the entire time asking if everything was okay, and as for the prices, they are worth it, you pay for something super delicious and fresh, no How in other places it is disappointing to eat, so if you want to try real food you have to go here to ZAVALETAS RESTAURANT ?
