The place is very nice. But the food is unfortunately disgusting. I tried it yesterday for the first time. We were driving from another state for some business and we were so happy that there was a Lebanese restaurant in the area. We decided to eat there without any hesitation. But each one ate one or two bites only from what we ordered and left. Was not a pleasant experience at all

Ate here for dinner. It’s as step between fast casual and a restaurant. We ordered 2 apps and 2 entrees. It was $75
While the food came out hot, it came way too quickly to have anything but heated up. The swarma had no spices on it. The pickled turnips were an awkward size to eat. The rice was sad. The red pepper dip and pita were were good
The service at the counter was nice albeit a little clueless. We would’ve appreciated some coaching on the size of one of our starters a full blown sandwich. Would recommend the restaurant chicken and mozzarella should be under entries.
The portion sizes were good.
However, for better quality and price, go to Me Jana down the street.

Ordered online for pick up. Both the beef shawarma and chicken pitas were average tasting, especially at $14 a piece. Pita was a bit thick. Meats were cooked fine but just didn’t blow me away. The toum and sesame sauce were good.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too unpleasant to ignore. My family and I were the first customers of the day, and from the moment we walked in, the server’s attitude was shockingly rude. Instead of greeting us, she just stared as if we were a problem for showing up.
When we asked simple questions about the menu, she would walk away mid-sentence or give one-word answers like “yeah.” At one point, she practically tossed the to-go containers at me. When I asked if she was okay, she snapped back with, “Are you okay?” — completely unprofessional and unnecessary.
We came in cheerful and hungry, hoping for a nice start to the day, but she made the whole experience tense and unpleasant. I honestly lost trust in the food after how careless the service felt.
If this server isn’t ready to interact respectfully with customers, she shouldn’t be working in hospitality. Very disappointing experience — we won’t be back

Great food, great environment and service. The waitress Donna was really attentive and helpful. It was my first experience at this location and my friends and I plan on recommending and going back.

This was the first time I ever went to Zazzy’s. Immediately upon entering I was greeted by Donna. Everyone was friendly and welcomed us with smiles. Donna took care of us and was able to guide me through the menu because I am vegan. I enjoyed an egg plant dip and a walnut red pepper hummus dip as well. They were delicious, will go here again for the food and the kind staff.

Love the food here, we always stop by before our monthly screwtop tasting. The beef shawarma bowl is my go to along with the za’atar bread and dips. Everything is always fresh and hot when it’s served and they have a nice wine selection. Service is always quick, definitely one of my top spots in Arlington.

Shawarma was okay but the Chicken batata was blaaand. Mezze sampler was very good though.

I’m shocked this place is not busier. The food is so good and feels like it is made with love. I also feel like for the price is great for the quality and amount. We’ve had the beef shawarma pita, chicken pita and the oh la la flatbread. Couldn’t recommend this place more and want to see it get more hype!

I don’t really do Google reviews, with one or two rare exceptions. This is one of them. Amazing food and great service. The mixed cheese and za’atar ousheh is incredible and I every entree I’ve tried from here has been a winner. Highly recommend!

Hidden gem of Arlington. Delicious food and great prices! We will be returning. We got the fattoush salad with chicken and the mjadara and zatar pideh. All really great!
