Zoup is my favorite lunch place! It’s like Panera but way better food and way less expensive. They even have a you pick two option which is great!Customer service is also excellent. I wrote in to ask for a refund because the chicken was left out of my fiesta chicken salad (which is amaaaazing) and I heard back from corporate and the store owner himself with a couple hours. They went above and beyond to make up for the small mistake, and it’s some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thanks Jim! You guys are great!
I tried the Lobster Bisque, real lobster!, Split Pea Soup was very good and the person who helped me was all smilies, I'm going back there.

We have been going to Zoup every week during the pandemic, and the staff is very friendly. They offer a variety of delicious soups, and we appreciate the nutrition information. I tried a sandwich today and it also was tasty.

This is nice little healthy eating choice. I will go back eventually. I got the veggie wrap at under $7 after taxes. If I was really hungry it would not have been enough but for today it was just right. My coworker got the pot-pie soup. It was a tiny bowl for $7+. I would have to go out and get another lunch after having that. The ordering process is a bit confusing. You have to pass by all the food options but no one asks you anything until you are at the register. I also did not understand the "try 2" option....seems like just a smaller size? Not for me. There is some sort of soup on a salad that might have been good but no one pushes it or explains what it is. I felt rushed to make my ordering decision.

I’m pregnant and I’ve eaten here the past two day’s! When I say that I love, love the food the sandwiches the Cali, and the lobster bisque is so yummy, plus the fact that they have several other varieties it’s a must have.
