Terrible service. No host at front. Awkwardly stood waiting for 10 minutes in an empty restaurant at 10am while making eye contact to workers who just stood and did nothing.

RB was our server. Ticket #9 table 61. He was initially very nice. As he took our order he said, unsolicited, that he's covering for his coworker who called out and tbh he'd rather still be sleeping. The toast wasn't toasted, the bacon see through and limp. I've had better experiences here before, and will wait a while before returning.

I visited Baker's Crust for the first time recently for Brunch and ordered their Breakfast Burrito which came with a side of hash browns. I would have liked to order an iced latte as well but unfortunately per what their server advised, they only had plain black coffee and no other coffee varieties on their menu. The Breakfast Burrito seemed rather plain, lacking flavour and I honestly didn't sense a lot of flavour aside from the eggs and tomatoes, although the ingredients in the burrito per the menu seemed quite interesting. The hash browns were fresh and crispy. Service was good and the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, located in a populated plaza. Thank you

Came here for lunch with a large group and the food was good but the service made the meal one of the worst dining experiences ever. Pretty sure the bartender’s edible kicked in and he was just clueless. The manager was sitting at to the right the bar working, didn’t even think to help her co worker out. As a table of 9, with 3 other tables in the restaurant, our drinks took over 30 mins. Mind you it was mostly beer on tap. No waters. Food took forever. Never came back to ask if things are ok. The artichoke dip was bland and literally tasted like cardboard ( the dip itself ). Took over 20 mins to pay the check. I can go on, but as someone who isn’t from the area this seems to be the norm. I’ve been in the service industry, this isn’t hard. Communication helps. Seems the kitchen was slow, the staff was slower and literally the whole experience was just meh. I’d never go back there. Even drink refills too 15 mins, no one in the place. 1 bartender can’t pour a single draft beer. Just ridiculous

I put in a pick up order. I arrived on time when it told me to arrive. They haven’t even started cooking yet. I was the only person at the restaurant, no other guests or orders. They were just sleeping and didn’t see the order. Really frustrating. Oh. And no bags to carry the food out.

-1 Stars. Sat for 20 mins without anyone coming to ask for water, tried getting the hosts attention but no success. Save your money and go to Silver Diner down the street

My family went to bakers for a birthday brunch for my nephew yesterday and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a while.
1. They didn’t have our reserved table ready when arrived
2. Service was extremely slow
3. Our waiter that we had in the beginning didn’t come back to the table for 15-20 minutes and then out of no where (without notice at all) we got a new server and never saw her again.
4. The servers were eating fries directly with their hands out of the fry bowl under the heat light (as a former server, this is disgusting… and in the customers view…?!)
5. All of our food was cold when it finally came out late. I ordered the swanky benedict and it was clearly sitting for a while because the egg yolk in the poached egg wasn’t hard. The chicken wasn’t crispy and it tasted old.
6. My mother who ordered the crab omelette is now vommitting profusely the next day from it
… and I forgot - we were given dirty silverware multiple times. When asked to replace the silverware, the server went to the back and gave us another set that was STILL dirty?! Even my water had something floating in it? And I had to get up and find someone to ask for a clean glass.
Overall, I’ll never be returning and I’ll never recommend this location to anyone. I’m honestly disturbed at the experience… and again… this is as a former server. McDonalds gives better service and food than this

Service was a bit slow. Food was average
Happy hour food was well below average. Terrible first impression. Three stars generous.
Cannot recommend.
Went for brunch but when we tried to order they couldn't do French toast or pancakes. Which is half the brunch menu.
The beer menu is a QR code that doesn't lead to a menu.
When my food arrived it was cold and missing the sauce. Our server then vanished for 30 minutes and we were waiting for him to show up with the check.
To top it off they've added a mandatory inflation "fee" so the already high prices are a lie anyway.
Hopefully whatever replaces this place is better.

We came by on a Saturday night and they promptly seated our party of 3. Our waitress was very sweet and took our drink orders. When she came back to take our orders, we asked for a pizza to share before the main course so she said she's bring it out before our burgers My friend wanted meatloaf which she let us know they were out of, which is fine. He then ordered a burger and fries instead. I also ordered the burger. The food took a while to come but that was not a big deal. It's the weekend, I get it. When she brought out our food, our mains came out first. She placed our burgers in front of us and didn't acknowledge that there were chips on our plates instead of fries. She asked if we needed anything else and I asked if we could order some fries (stating I would have ordered some of I knew it came with chips). She told us they were actually out of fries and that she knew it sucked and asked if we wanted any sides. We said no thanks and she started to walk away. I then asked if our pizza was ready and she said "oh yes, let me bring it out." When it came out, it had clearly been sitting for a while because it was cold and soggy 😂 We had to try hard to get her attention and she was sitting with friends (or family) between waiting her tables.
At the end of our meal, she asked if we wanted the check and my friends asked to see a dessert menu. She brought it to us and told us the lava cake and the skillet cookie were not available. My friend ordered a basic chocolate chip cookie and my other friend ordered a different dessert. When the desserts came out, she put them down and walked away. Much to our surprise, there was something that resembled the skillet cookie in front of my friend who ordered the basic chocolate chip cookie. When she came back around, I asked her what the dessert was and she said they didn't have the chocolate chip cookie so she substituted with the closest thing to it which was the skillet cookie. Very confusing 😂 it was a good dessert but so strange to substitute and not ask.
When the checks came, there was a charge on each called "ADJ FEE (3.50%)". I asked what this was to which she replied that she didn't know and that it's weird because other restaurants don't do that. She then said she can't do much about it.
- We would not have ordered burgers if we knew there were no fries. The chips were not the satisfying kind of chips. The burger was good but not worth $19 without the fries.
- Never have I been served something different than what we ordered without an acknowledgment. If something needs to be substituted, be upfront about it and ask what we'd like to do. We're literally right there.
- Please train your staff on what the adjustment fee is.
I was wondering what was up with all the bad reviews since I'd been here a while ago and my experience was totally fine! Now I understand 😂 not sure if they went through some ownership or management change but this experience was not great. Our waitress really was very sweet but maybe they don't train their staff well. She did adjust the price of the skillet cookie for my friend since she substituted a $13 item in place of a $4 so that was nice 🤷🏽♀️
As this place is run, we would not come here again.
