This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had at any restaurant. I ordered mild food through DoorDash, received something far too spicy, and was told by the manager on the phone to come in for a remake. When I arrived, there was no food waiting, instead, I was confronted by the chef, who argued with me about spice levels and refused to honor what the manager promised.

I was dismissed, told to leave, and not refunded. My time was wasted, and I had a hungry child waiting at home. Later, one of the owners reached out with what turned out to be a fake apology, promising to “speak with the chef” and follow up with me. That follow-up never happened. I was also told my credit card would be refunded, and that didn’t happen either.

This wasn’t just poor service, it was deliberate disregard. Calling a customer in only to argue, making empty promises, and failing to process a refund shows a complete lack of integrity. Customers deserve honesty and respect, neither of which I received here.

Not the best experience I had when went with my friend for dinner. As soon as you enter expect the waiter saying”give me a minute”. This happened few more times. There is no official happy hour menu. It is a discount at the restaurant discretion. Also he brought the check even before asked. The chicken 65 was greasy with over sauced. Biryani had uncooked masala smell. Overall not great

Absolutely epic indian Punjabi food! Had paneer manpasand, baingan bharta, chilli paneer it all tasted great definitely come here nice decor as well. Mohmand gave great service as well.

Food is decent enough. They mess up ordered very often. Never checks up if you need anything else. Simply brings the payment and they just want to be done with you. Service is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Every single person has attitude issues. I am done going here for life.

The quality of the food has significantly improved now. Being a regular, I notice the nuances in recipes that has changed the food to true Desi palette. Will visit again for sure

Visited Banjara in Ashburn, VA for the lunch buffet with family on Sunday. The food was average at best—hardly any good non-veg chicken options besides butter chicken gravy. The buffet was filled with lot of chat items like pakora, samosa, cutlet (undercooked), and dhokla, which we weren’t interested in.

The worst part was the billing experience. After paying via credit card and receiving a confirmation text and bank notification, the server insisted the payment didn’t go through and created an embarrassing scene in front of everyone. I showed proof of the transaction (both text and credit card transaction from mobile app), but he still wouldn’t accept it. I had to leave my number and walk out. No one from the restaurant called back. I had to call them after an hour, and only then did they admit the issue was with their payment device. The transaction had gone through after 45 minutes.

This was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve never faced such a situation in any other restaurant. I will never return to this place again.

First time here, for lunch. Everything was perfect! Can't wait for the weekend buffet!

Food was mid, at best, service was poor - food was delivered slowly and at random - entrees delivered 20 minutes apart, for example.

There was a large buffet setup used at lunch, that might be worth a try
