Not a lot of options plus the labels are messed up.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Baskin-Robbins. Despite being the only customer in the store, it took the employee over a minute to acknowledge my presence. I tried to order a banana split, which was clearly listed on the menu with a picture, but the employee seemed confused and started searching through the ice cream flavors. He appeared to have limited English proficiency and eventually told me they didn't have the necessary ingredients. It was a very disappointing visit.

Great food but this location is very slow, I waited 10 minutes for 2 scopes of ice cream. I wouldn't say anything but I was the only one in the place and ordered online. The order should have been done when I arrived!

This location seems to have an ongoing issue keeping favorites in stock. It seems like whenever I go through the drive-thru, they are out of Chocolate ice cream and out of hot fudge topping. I've never experienced this with any other Baskin Robbins. It was this way even before their renovation a while ago. Very puzzling. Today they were out of Chocolate Ice Cream and Hot Fudge topping at 5:10pm...

Waffle cones didn't feel fresh. It was not crunch and felt old.They also didn't have the ice flavors i wanted.

1) Always a long wait.2) Got hand packed quart, which was overpacked into 2 pints (to the point where the lids didn't seat well with no bag. Less than a minute after I left the drive-through, it began to melt all over my interior on a 5 minute ride to Brambleton. When I got home, I realized the ice cream was very soft and melted inside.

On a rush home I needed to pick up a cake and wanted to ensure they had the flavor I wanted before I went 10 minutes out of the way.I called baskin robins for 30 minutes with no answer at all. Once I arrived at the store, while looking at the cake selection I called the store once again to see if the phone was connected and If the two employees were able to hear.The phone was definitely connected and you could hear the ring throughout the entire store. The employees just simply ignored it. I am extremely disappointed.

Always disappointed here, there seems to always be an extremely long wait for ice cream when there is absolutely no one in line. They favor drive thru orders which is understandable, however they should consider hiring more employees or learning to handle drive thru and front counter. You’d think coming inside would be faster but it really isn’t here at this location. Your best bet is going through drive thru for faster service. Every now and then my order will be messed up, make sure to check ur items before you leave so you can come inside and have them fix it!

I wish I can give negative ratings, today we purchased chocolate and peanut butter ice cream and they both tasted really stale with very weird chemical taste. Never coming to this store again!

Ordered a cake for my son’s birthday with a nationals MLB theme. Picked up the cake and noticed that the MLB team was incorrect and let the manager know. Not only was she very rude but told me there’s nothing that could be done since the cakes are made offsite. I asked if I could just a cake from the the freezer she said I could but those are 2 weeks old. the manager reached out to the owner that said give a refund and trash the cake. Her advice to me there are other places to get a cake go there.

Horrible selection, messed up simple orders, refused to correct. Never seen an ice cream store without chocolate ice cream, hot fudge and puts almonds when asked for walnuts.
