Blue Ridge Grill

We visited on a very quiet Sunday evening. We were seated next to the only other customers in this big place. It was obvious they didn’t have much staff on hand so they wanted to make it easier on the staff. Our waiter had just two tables but he could not manage to properly attend to our table. There was a significant amount of time during our meal when I had not water or Diet Coke despite repeatedly asking. Our waiter was very focused on trying to upsell us but very unfocused on delivering genuinely caring and warm service. I left a low but fair percentage for a tip. I reported our experience to the manager on duty so hopefully they will try to do better but I wasn’t really convinced that they understood what great service really looks and feels like.

Always a great place to eat, the food is on point and the atmosphere is great. The staff is always professional and friendly. If you haven't been here before you need to go!

I don't normally write reviews but wanted to share my experience as, we should share about positive experiences more. I ordered a take out order for dinner and was so impressed by the restaurant, staff and the food. The restaurant atmosphere is casual, warm and inviting. They have a separate area for pick up orders which makes it easy to navigate and pick up your food. The staff is very friendly, I was greeted when entering and when I went to pick up my order. The food was delicious! I ordered the Brentwood salad and it was the best salad I have had from a restaurant. I will be back with family and friends and will recommend this place for our work lunches as well!

My wife and I are from South Carolina and visiting family who come here often. They said it was a great place and they were not wrong. Victoria is excellent at what she does. The food was fantastic. Atmosphere warm and inviting. . We will definitely come back, we will use visiting family as our reason to come back.

My office orders out for lunch once a week and when placing 12+ orders there is always bound to be a mistake or two. Blue Ridge is in our rotation and I have to say they never drop the ball. Our orders are always right!!!!!!! (hope i dont jinx it now lol) Food is always delicious and service top notch! def recommend!

Nice, quiet interior, good service, run of the mill lunch menu. I had a cheeseburger that ended up costing $20, including tip.
