My family loved the holiday 12 Days of Brusters last year and was sad to hear they weren’t doing it this year. Graciously, the regional manager, Brianna, and the Ashburn store manager made us a 12 Days of Brusters despite this. It made our Christmas season! The ice cream is delicious as always and the flavors are immaculate.

I put an order on DoorDash before the deadline for ordering. Apparently the owner is unwilling to tell DoorDash that they aren’t open that late and took my money and made a doordasher wait for nothing. Shameful.

We often go to Bruster's to celebrate something big. Tonight we were there to celebrate our 6YO daughter's big hit in 8U softball. When she ordered her ice cream, she was so proud that she told the cashier (Bri) what she had done to earn the ice cream. Bri not only reached out for a high five, but shouted the big news to the rest of the staff who all cheered together. My daughter felt like a TOTAL rock star. This kind of kindness is EXACTLY what I want in my community and on display for my kids. Thank you to Bri! Thank you to Brusters! We'll be back!! (Oh and we have YET to try a single flavor that wasn't AMAZING. Key Lime and Blueberry Cobbler are family favorites!)

Sigh…decided to try this place out and what a disappointment. Staff are kids who don’t care about common decency….just rude for no reason. I ordered a fudge brownie sundae. The material is shown in the picture attached. Literally this is how it looked within minutes of picking up my order from the window. A mess all around. Couldn’t even see the different ice cream I ordered. The brownie was hard and not tasteful. Whipped cream looked like it was melted. I’m not sure if I’ll return to this location. I’ve been to the Fairfax location and customer service was great and the presentation was good as well.

The best ice cream environment in Virginia! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Isabella was my server and she made the exquisite recommendation of double fudge brownie and I LOVED IT. Keep it up guys!
I had the best butter pecan ice cream at Bruster's! It was my first Bruster's ice cream and I had a medium in a waffle cone. The ice cream was loaded with pecans and kept me chewing more than slurping! It is a great value with all those pecans and the added nuts are better if you are doing low carb :) since the volume is more protein than sugar! Anyway, I really do recommend it. Others with me had vanilla and chocolate and truly enjoyed theirs too. We sat at an umbrella table and the
sweet vanilla smell of waffle cones being made was ever present! Its a popular spot. It costs more than store bought ice cream but it is real ice cream and a treat every now and then.

Bruster's has amazing ice cream ?and it's the creamiest around. We often order pints or quarts of our favorite flavors, and store for later. The staff are always friendly! Whenever you see their food truck at an event, be sure to get a few scoops!!?
