Bruster's Real Ice Cream

MANAGER FLIRTS WITH 16 YR GIRL!!!!!!!!

Took my husband (74 male, conservative, submissive) and myself (39 male, liberal, dominant), plus our two daughters (10 female and 16 female, not politically decided yet) over there. Normally have a good experience. We order our ice cream like normal. My 16 year old daughter (16 female, not politically decided) gets up to ask for an extra spoon. The manager (his name was Tim (male, not sure of age or political party, likely submissive)), gives the spoon to my daughter (16 female, not politically decided). THIS MAN IS AT LEAST THIRTY!!!!! THIS IS BLATANTLY INAPPROPRIATE! My hubby had to convince me not to punch him (Tim, don't know age or politics, submissive). I don't understand why he couldn't have just gotten one of the younger attractive male workers to get the spoon. Tried reaching out to corporate and this guy Joel was very unhelpful. Will not be coming back until my daughter is 18 and can flirt back with him. FIVE STARS! Thanks for reading. Happy Christmas 3/16/26

I got sent out by my sister and wife to grab some ice cream. Called the store 10 min before closing and Bri was super nice to take my order and have it ready AND bagged less than 5 min later when I arrived!
Super satisfied and will ofc be coming back for more of Bruster’s ice cream!

I brought my family to Bruster’s and we were blown away! The service was excellent and the ice cream was easily some of the best we’ve ever had. Bri went out of her way to make the experience special, taking the time to converse with us and answer all of our questions. Our order was ready almost immediately, and everything was smooth, fresh, and delicious. Highly recommend Bruster’s if you’re looking for top-notch ice cream and friendly service!

I had a very disappointing experience today at the Bruster’s in Ashburn. The employee taking our order couldn’t hear my husband, so he spoke a little louder. The supervisor suddenly accused us of yelling at her “teenage employee” told us to leave, and shut the window in my face. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. This was extremely rude and unprofessional so disrespectful!!! This ruined our Friday night with our kids!! Please train your staff — especially supervisors — to treat customers with respect and handle situations calmly and professionally.

Went to The ashburn location. I ordered a large and when I arrived back home it was only a small cup in the bag. Otherwise they have great service and amazing ice cream
