Good hardworking bar staff. Different vibe from front area. Its advertised as a small brewery but that's really a gimmick. 18$ for 10 wings is ridiculous. but they have good happy hour deals.

Did feel like a club in there. Young customers staring. Teens screaming thru other people, cussing at the TV on sundays

Love coming to this location to eat. Darrell always treats me right. Make sure my order is correct and always hot. The blonde Bartender is very lovely as well. I forget her name but She is very outgoing and is always engaging customers. I cant wait for my next visit

I’ve been coming to this location for years, and I honestly cannot believe how bad my last visit was. Daryl managed to take what should have been a simple pickup and turn it into one of the most unpleasant customer interactions I’ve ever had. The food was fine, but his attitude ruined the entire experience.

The moment I walked in, he immediately hit me with “we close in 45 minutes,” said in the most irritated, unwelcoming way possible — as if my existence alone was a problem for him. After that, it was all downhill. His tone was rude, his body language screamed that he didn’t want to help, and the lack of basic professionalism was honestly unbelievable.

I’ve dealt with bad service before, but Daryl’s level of dismissiveness and attitude was on another planet. It felt like he was trying to make sure I regretted coming in. For someone who’s given this place plenty of business over the years, being treated like a burden was honestly insulting.

If this is how Daryl treats returning customers, I can’t imagine the impression he leaves on anyone walking in for the first time. Absolutely unacceptable and easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in any restaurant.

The food was average — not bad, but nothing special either. Some dishes were okay, while others lacked flavor. The service was decent, and the place was clean and comfortable. Overall, it’s fine for a quick meal, but there’s room for improvement in taste and presentation.

I just did not think the food tasted that good. I had 10 boneless wings in Honey BBQ with crinkle fries. Maybe if I ate it fresh, but I carried it out due to circumstances. I didn't think it was very edible.

Our server was great! He made solid recommendations and was attentive but not overbearing. Unfortunately we didn’t get his name. Dog friendly patio with a calm atmosphere.

Each time when we order carry out each time wings container it’s leaking out of the paper bag and wet our grocery tote bag. Same as today, We end up cleaning and transfer the wings to the plate it’s a mess… it’s all around disappointed.
I am wondering if Buffalo wing factory be aware of it.,Or just don’t care at all…?
Don’t mind if you’re charge us package fee but the quality of packaging it’s so poorly. It’s so disappointed. For the price it’s should be good quality for dine in and carry out as well. That’s my opinion.

Fun Night Out with Great Drinks & Wings

I visited Buffalo Wing Factory with a girlfriend on National Girlfriends Day, and we had such a great time! We enjoyed delicious margaritas and mules, along with perfectly cooked wings that hit the spot. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere made for a relaxed, fun night out.

Definitely a great spot to unwind, enjoy good food, and share laughs with friends.

I have been here before many times and had no issues whatsoever. This time around my sister and I got sat immediately but we never got attended. We waited 15 minutes before we left, meanwhile two families that got sat after us were served and had their orders taken. I understand that they were busy but someone could have AT LEAST acknowledged us since the two tables that were attended were directly in front and behind our table. Lastly, I don't want to make it a race thing…but we were the ONLY Hispanics there and everyone that got sat after us was white (workers were white as well). I don't want to believe that was the issue because I love this restaurant but we feel discriminated against.

Good food overall I got the lemon rub and Korean bulgogi sauce, the rub was way too salty the sauce was fine but everything else was great and fries are a must have here!
