I’d like to provide feedback regarding my recent visit. While the food was delicious (great burgers and sauces), the behavior of the employee who was at the counter today was completely unprofessional. He was rude and hostile, which made our group feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. We enjoyed the food, but we have decided not to return to this location due to his unacceptable attitude. I hope the management of this location addresses this issue.

The front guy who takes our order was giving us wierd faces and treated us poorly compared to other people. This made our experience horrible and this attitude is unjustified, all because we are hispanic. Super racist and poor treatment.

Walked at 8:05 Saturday evening, the staff members almost rolled their eyes on me. We were a group of 4, and we were not greeted at all. The fries were not fresh and hot, and the buns were saggy. I don’t want to come back here anymore.

Nothing wrong with the food or the restaurant. The parking however is miserable. I’ve tried to eat here several times and couldn’t get a parking spot. Within the last couple of years, they have converted most of the parking to reserved parking for nearby residents.
The only people that should try to eat here are those that live close by and can walk.

There was a bone in my sandwich that I discovered by chewing on it. This hasn’t happened before, but I’ve lost my appetite and am scared that there are more bones in the patty. Very disappointing
