Fries came out old and bland. Server immediately went back and had fresh ones made without any questions.

This is a pretty standard fast casual burger place, they make good food for you to eat and enjoy. Plenty of parking nearby and they have a lot of options to eat, for adults and kids, ranging from cheeseburgers to ones that are decked out and shakes. I got the monthly special, the Lucy, which was pretty good besides poor construction. The fries were well salted, and there's a ton of delicious sauces to try.

First time here. It was a quick stop while passing through the area. While the chain is a bit pricey, it's not a bad investment considering the amazing burger you will get. The restaurant was very clean, staff was very courteous, and the food was AMAZING!

I have to say this establishment has really gone downhill. We came here for dinner tonight while the concert was going on. We ordered the fried pickle burger, cheesy sliders and the cheesy bacon burger along with a side of shareable fries and three drinks. In total, I spent $58 on the meal. Pretty steep, even in today's economy. Also, it took near 30 minutes after ordering to receive the food. The waiter seemed pretty lost. Then to put the cherry on top the sliders and pickle burger were near raw. I did ask for my pickle burger to be medium rare but not the sliders. Clearly the line cooks in the back don't know what temperature ground beef is supposed to be cooked to. So all in all, the numerous times we have been here, this has been the worst. I likely won't return, ever

Wish I could leave a negative rating….absolutely the worst burger ever! Very disappointed use to eat here haven’t been in a few yrs and will NOT be back. Said something to the manager and he just said Oh sorry and walked away. When you spend $46 on dinner you expect good food. He didn’t even offer to remake my burger.
I personally love the food and the staff but it is unacceptable how it has been almost 2 months since i asked for a refund due to them forgettig an item i purchase and never received. I reached out to them multiple times for this and nothing was done, It could be a quater but if a frequent customer or any customer of that matter asks for a refund i think it should be issued right away. It is August 16 and I am still waiting for somebody to contact me and take care of this.

I have been hitting this place for quite a while and the service and food has always been consistent!
Big fan of Cheesy Wednesdays for $9.99 (Fries and Cheeseburger). The burgers are a nice portion and freshly cooked, never waited too long for a meal and it was always on point. Juicy meat, nice options of suaces, good bread, and topping. The fries are also always great, crispy and freshly fried.
Smoothies are awesome too, thick and full of creamy ice cream, can't go wrong.
The service is always good, friendly staff that works hard and helps out with any need you have! Wonderful place!

I tried this place last week because I have been curious about it for quite some time and I absolutely loved it!I got a BBQ bacon cheeseburger with some fries and a Chocolate Milkshake, my burger was cooked medium well and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! It had to have been the best cheeseburger I've ever tasted in the Washington DC metropolitan area, The fries were also great and my Milkshake was ABSOLUTELY delicious ??They also had some really good dipping sauces to choose from, if I had to recommend my favorite one it would be the Thai Keptchup, it had a good sweet and sour kick which was great with my fries!Service was pretty good and the interior and Restrooms were clean as wellThis location is also a very short walk to the Ashburn Metro Station which makes a great option if you want to take the Metro here! The only con I had about this place was that it was a bit overpriced, but the quality and the portions you are given, it's worth it ??Overall a burger place I recommend if you are in the Ashburn/Washington DC Area
Parking: Very short walk to the Silver Line Metro station

I went here for a quick dinner option after busy day driving the kids around. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean. My kids loved their burgers and sweet potato fries. But unfortunately there are no healthy options at this place. The grilled chicken tenders weren’t that great, and there were only two very small pieces in there. The salad was mostly iceberg lettuce and onions. I got the black bean patty on top, which was delicious. I sure this is a great place if you’re happy with burgers and shakes, But definitely not a place to go for healthy food.

Burger was good, but not that great. It was slightly on the greasier side. I got their 'Shroom burger, and I thought it was a bit dry for me. I think more of the mushroom flavor could have been utilized in the burger. The fries were ok, but nothing too special. I do give them kudos for their unique sauces, including a marshmallow sauce you can use to dip the fries, but otherwise, this restaurant is nothing too special. Sweet potato fries were also a bit on the dry side.
Vegetarian options: They do have some veggie burgers.
Dietary restrictions: Menu highlights gluten-free options.
