We only come here because of the kids playground, but the service is getting worse and worse. The staff (specifically a woman named Celia), who are clearly not busy at the time, now lie about what registers work, saying we can only use the self service kiosks so they don’t have to ring you up themselves. Need to find a better location in this area.

The beverage machine didn’t have any ice, and the mozzarella fries were quite dry. Unfortunately, the burgers, fries, and other items seemed like they had been sitting out for a while and were served cold.

I think I finally figured out how the buns are so old. I’m pretty sure they were baked when Obama was in office and have been in the deep freezer until today. Service isn’t just horrible, everyone seems very depressed which is more concerning. This location is giving up and so should you.
