I have been coming to this location for over a year and I have always had friendly service and hot fresh food. Fries like they came out of the frier every time. Well spoken English. It does take a few minutes in the drive though but that’s because they give you fresh food each time instead my opinion. At rush times it will get busy everywhere. I have never waited more than 5 minutes with cars ahead of me. Slow down a little people and enjoy hot fresh food for once.

Very clean and nice staff . Food was hot and fresh , I ordered and in the next 2 minutes my order was ready . The restaurant is clean and well maintained . There was no trash on the floor or anything . Will come back again

We swing by this BK every so often. The staff is great...very pleasant despite the demands of a fast food restaurant. Orders come out pretty quick, if they're not slammed. The restaurant is clean and I'd say near the top of appearance for BKs around the area. I mean, what do you want...it's a Burger King. We like the food, the service and staff are great, and the overall experiences have been very good IMO.

I’m the only person in the drive-through and I’m waiting like over five minutes. It’s crazy.
Ordered chocolate Oreo shake and got classic Oreo shake. The store person was not ready to accept and was arguing that the one I got was chocolate Oreo while the picture shown in the menu was totally different. She mentioned they both are same. I gave up and moved on. Some training needed for the staff to serve right items.

The menu says breakfast is 2 for $5 but when you get to the window they charge you $7. The lady at the drive thru played dumb. When I emailed support, they said I needed to check the mobile app for the most updated prices.
A restaurant that is too lazy to update their own menu to the point of defrauding customers is not a restaurant I would trust to serve me food.

The absolute best BK I have been to. The Leesburg location is the worst & this location on Riverside is by far the best! Customer service at the drive thru 10 mins before they closed …was outstanding! Food was the freshest I’ve ever had. I hope they never change this. The only BK I’ll be going to from now on. Kudos to the manager & the staff.
