Ordered chocolate Oreo shake and got classic Oreo shake. The store person was not ready to accept and was arguing that the one I got was chocolate Oreo while the picture shown in the menu was totally different. She mentioned they both are same. I gave up and moved on. Some training needed for the staff to serve right items.

The menu says breakfast is 2 for $5 but when you get to the window they charge you $7. The lady at the drive thru played dumb. When I emailed support, they said I needed to check the mobile app for the most updated prices.
A restaurant that is too lazy to update their own menu to the point of defrauding customers is not a restaurant I would trust to serve me food.

The absolute best BK I have been to. The Leesburg location is the worst & this location on Riverside is by far the best! Customer service at the drive thru 10 mins before they closed …was outstanding! Food was the freshest I’ve ever had. I hope they never change this. The only BK I’ll be going to from now on. Kudos to the manager & the staff.

Cleanest BK I've been to... I grew up eating the burgers & kids meals and it's refreshing to see all the original burger king crowns surrounding a nearly spotless fast food restaurant. It's nostalgic and the service is friendly and welcoming

2nd in line for the drivethrough on way to airport. I waited 10 min after ordering and left. Car in front was there when I pulled up. Thank goodness for a quick bite lol
We live right across the street from here and never go. I’ve tried to grab quick food here 3 times with no one in line and it takes so long that I end up just driving away. You’ll be in and out of the Chick Fil-A down the street much faster even when they have a big line of cars.
Burger King is horrible! Giving up on this place for good.

Just tried to order lunch inside. Self checkout card readers didn't work. Stood to get counter service, showed the lady who eventually asked if I'd like to order a code on the app and was promptly shooed away without a word as she decided to start bagging orders instead.

Put a little wall to the right of the urinal in the men's room. The door to the outside is right next to it and people can just see in. Some random 70 year old woman probably saw my dingaling and I don't think she deserved that.
At the very least, change the hinges on the swing door so it opens the other way.
As it is now, everyone who opens the door when someone is inside gives anyone in the hallway a dinner and a show.
