I ordered veg dum biriyani ($13), rasmalaiX3 ($4 each) and samosa chaat ($8) via Grubhub. The veg biriyani that I paid $13 for barely had any veggies in it, just a few pieces here and there. For this price, it should have been filled with veggies but what I got was a bowl of brown colored rice that had zero biriyani flavor. I also requested a bit of onions on the side which I did not get. Rasmalai description said 4 pieces per order, I only got 3 pieces per order, missing 3 pieces total. Their food is very average but rasmalai is delicious, which is the only reason I order from here, but it is absolutely waste of my money to get so much less than what I paid for. With all fees included, I paid $38 for this very disappointing experience

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in some classic South Indian delicacies, including Masala Dosa, Idli Sambar, and Ghee Podi Idli, and I must say, the food was absolutely delightful. Each dish was prepared to perfection, showcasing the rich and vibrant flavors characteristic of South Indian cuisine. The Masala Dosa was crispy and flavorful, filled with a deliciously spiced potato mixture that was both comforting and satisfying. The accompanying chutneys and sambar added layers of flavor that enhanced the overall experience. The Idli Sambar was another highlight. The idlis were soft and fluffy, pairing wonderfully with the savory sambar. It was a harmonious blend of spices and textures that truly satisfied my taste buds.Lastly, the Ghee Podi Idli was a revelation. The idlis were generously coated with a spicy podi (powder) mix and drizzled with ghee, which lent them an irresistible aroma and taste. The ghee brought out the flavors of the spices beautifully, making it a memorable dish.Overall, my dining experience was fantastic. The quality of the food was great, with each dish being a testament to the authentic and rich flavors of South Indian cuisine. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore the culinary delights of South India.Last but not least the crew was super awesome.

Stepping into Café Hyderabad is like taking a fleeting journey back to India, especially when the sky graces us with rain. It's a universal truth that few experiences compare to the comfort of savoring pakoras paired with a steaming cup of coffee or chai amidst the soothing pitter-patter of raindrops. This cozy café captures the essence of those moments flawlessly. Their onion pakoras, a symphony of flavors, are irresistibly fresh and served piping hot, an emblem of culinary care and tradition. The coffee, rich and aromatic, acts as the perfect companion to the snack, each sip transporting you further into reminiscence of rain-drenched landscapes of India.

Don’t look around if you like South Indian Authentic food especially their weekday curry’s section. Prawns, Chicken cashew, fish were my favourite in weekday curry’s… Pachi pulusu was very tasty and I haven’t tried any other veg.. I don’t think any others offer non-veg and seafood everyday, but this place is the best for quality and yummy foodTip: If you’re from Guntur or Vijayawada and got used to gongura chutney with pulav/biryani, this is the only place in DMV that offer gongura chutney and personally I love that which is indeed taste like back home.Price:Unbeatable and unbelievable price starts from as low as $3 for rasam, some veg and non-veg from $7 or $8 that is good enough for 1/2 servings (on a balanced diet)..Yes or No:A big yes - I would love to recommend to any of my friends and spice lovers (authentic taste)::go for it..

Worst Briyani ever!! Boneless chicken Briyani is just hot rice, some useless masala powere and dried chicken with no flavors. I don’t recommend anything here!

We’ve been to this place a couple of times after the new ownership. Loving it so far. We’ve had masala tea, cut mirchi, samosa chat, chicken chat-pat, and chicken biryani. We also tried the chiku milkshake/smoothie and badhshah (dessert snack/desi sweets). Enjoyed all the items so far. Wouldn’t mind spicier biryani though.Vegetarian options: Cut Mirchi & Samosa ChatVarious Desi desserts, snacks and smoothies/milkshakes

We ordered chicken chat pat and pepper chicken, the chicken was over cooked and both the dishes were salty. The taste was not good either

Awesome place for a quick snack bite/tea. Biryani is good as well.

Great place. Food is very good. The spice level is right. Not sure why people gave low ratings. My experience is always good. Food as well as service. I visit often for the Chai and Irani biscuits (free with chai). Mirchi bajji was very good and so are Biryanis and non veg curries. Haven't tried any veg items besides the evening snacks. But great place to hangout with friends on a lazy afternoon or for ordering some spicy south Indian food.
