My oh my oh my where do I even begin. I came into cava yesterday upset after a recent break up. I needed something to eat after not eating for days. When I came into Cava I was greeted with a warm welcome and the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. A tall young man helped me with my order, I believe he said his name was Pedro or Piero. He asked me how I was doing and I told him the truth, I wasn’t well. Rather than moving on or giving me a bland reply, he made me feel seen and let me pour my heart out to him. The listening and suggestions he gave me were better than any therapist I could have went to. I started to feel bad when customers came in behind me and a line started to form so I asked him what I should get to eat. He said he would make me his own order and that he would come eat with me during his break which would take place shortly after. The delicious, savorous foods made my tastebuds scream for joy and I felt like I was eating a meal prepared by Gordon Ramsay with God himself. This worker made me feel like I was right at home. I don’t care if he is the owner of the restaurant, a millionaire, or simply a cashier but he is definitely underpaid for the Lord’s work that he performs. Outside of the excellent customer service and the food that gave my mouth an orgasm, I found the building to be very clean, even the bathrooms, and I could not point out one negative thing even if I was bribed. Thank you Cava ❤️.

I’ve been to 15-20 Cava locations in the area and this place in Ashburn is absolutely horrid. From the server with a bad attitude to the dirty sticky floors and tables and the rotten lettuce. Food had a weird bad taste too. Please go elsewhere. Don’t waste your money here at this location. They seem to not care at all and it shows.
