What's up with all the flies?! I don't understand why this restaurant has a cleaning issue and flies everywhere. My suggestion is that they get a grip on this stores cleanliness.

From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, the operation was precision-level efficient. Two lanes, digital tablets, friendly staff who actually smile—this crew runs like a franchise flagship.
Food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. The chicken sandwich was crisp without being greasy, the waffle fries were perfectly seasoned, and the lemonade? Fresh-squeezed and worth the hype. Indoor dining was spotless, well-managed, and the staff was proactively bussing tables and checking in on guests like it was a full-service restaurant.
What really locked in the five stars: they accommodated a custom order without batting an eye and still had it ready in under five minutes. Whoever’s managing this location deserves recognition—this is customer service as it should be.
Ashburn has a gem here. Fast food done right, with a side of class.
One of the nicest people I have ever met I met at this location. Jaylynn must be an angel, I spent the entire time at this restaurant having a conversation with her and it was an absolute delight. Food was served quick and was perfect. Awesome experience.

Every time I pull in to this drive thru its seemingly to remind myself that not all chick fil a is created equal. Every time I come the hash browns are soggy and soaked, the bin has been soaked through with oil. This time they didnt give me any napkins or the sauces I asked for. I threw most of the food away it was so bad.
Worst Chickfila I have ever been to. The food order is always wrong, the staff has difficulty during drive thru, always have to park and wait no matter what I order, fries are always stale, and the ehen brought up to management they dont do anything about it.

Okay this is the 2nd time this chick fil a has messed up my order. First time I ordered a salad and didn't get dressing. THIS TIME I open the box to my spicy sandwich and it is missing the top bun?!?! Am I going to have to check if they give me a top bun every time? Come on!! The receipt says the operator of this store is Bill Digges. Bill Digges please tell your staff to properly make the food because what the actual hell?

I don’t know what happened at this Chick-fil-A. I continuously get incorrect orders. 5 out of 5 of my last orders have had at least the wrong sandwich, or incorrect size of fries, or incorrect drink, and one order somehow had no sandwich though I ordered a meals from the number. Also, 5 out of the last 5 orders have been in the tiniest bag possible. You tell me, is a sandwich, large fries and a Mac and cheese suppose to be in the smallest bag with ketchup and sauces? I’ve worked in fast food and that’s just wrong. Please correct this or your loosing me as a customer.
