I don’t know what happened at this Chick-fil-A. I continuously get incorrect orders. 5 out of 5 of my last orders have had at least the wrong sandwich, or incorrect size of fries, or incorrect drink, and one order somehow had no sandwich though I ordered a meals from the number. Also, 5 out of the last 5 orders have been in the tiniest bag possible. You tell me, is a sandwich, large fries and a Mac and cheese suppose to be in the smallest bag with ketchup and sauces? I’ve worked in fast food and that’s just wrong. Please correct this or your loosing me as a customer.

This is my local Chick-Fil-A, and it's my favorite. The staff is usually good, although sometimes they leave something small, like sauce, out of the order. I always order on the app rather than at the counter, and I think this improves the accuracy of the order, but sometimes they still leave something out and I have to go get it. At the drive-thru, I must check my bag each time before leaving. I do like the atmosphere of the place, however, and prefr to dine in. One thing I must mention is value--Chick-Fil-A prices these days are insane. Why should I pay more for substituting the Kale Crunch for the fries, for instance? I can get about twice as much food at Panera for the same price! But I keep coming back here because no one else does a chicken sandwich this good. On the other hand, the salads are great and you get a lot more for your money than in the combos. Just order a glass of free water with light ice, and you'll be set.

I usually stop by at this chick fil a when I go to Dulles airport. I ordered southwest spicy chicken salad and tortilla chicken soup and both were delicious. I tried salad with creamy salsa dressing and with Avocado lime dressing. Both taste good however creamy salsa dressing slight better taste for me. Soup was also little spicy and hot.. Totally satisfied lunch. Food arrived within couple of minutes and it was not crowded at the time I went. I wish restroom is little bit cleaner than what it was..
Forgot my nuggets but gave me 2 coupons for free nuggets!

When I went there I got a kids meal and there was hair on my drink and a bug in my ice cream but other then that the nuggets and fries were good.
