Customer service today was far below standard.
Walked in and waited for over 30 mins not aware I needed to “check in” while inside for a pick-up order. Multiple employees walked past me and blatantly ignored the fact I was patiently standing in front of them.
Once I notified the team at the front counter, he goes on to say, ”we have your order but you need to click “you’re here” on your phone for us to start making it”. I shared since I was just picking up and didn’t place the order myself, I was unaware of the expectation and asked him to notify the kitchen that I was waiting, which I’d greatly appreciate. But once the food was packaged, his body language and the manner of which he delivered my food— ruined my appetite. So much that I would never consider ordering from this location again.
One of the values Chick-fil-A prides itself on is customer service, they completely failed to uphold this standard this evening.

Good place to hangout for a good burger and fries. People who work here mostly are young students who are passionate at what they do. Done in or takeaway both are super easy and fast. Best fast food burger in the area.
I'm just disappointed that Chic fila continues to use MSG in all of their chicken products. It is not good for anyone. It's their "secret" ingredient

I've eaten here countless times, but this time was just bad enough that I had to write a review. First, I ordered a spicy deluxe, and I got a regular deluxe. The chicken was dry and cold like it had been sitting there for a while. I also got two chicken strips; one of them was barely larger than a nugget, and the other one had more batter than chicken. They have a dozen people working there, and they couldn't get my order right or make sure the food they are serving is not insulting. Shame!
