I was just there this morning (3/4/26) I spent 15 minutes in a very short drive thru line. 10 of those minutes the line didn't move at all. When I finally get to the window I asked what happened with the car that held everything up and the person at the window said it took that long to make their food. I'm from Atlanta where the Chick-Fil-A's there are more efficient than the Ford assembly line, clearly they unfamiliar with the concept of having the car pull off to the side allowing the other cars to keep moving. Don't come here if you are in a time crunch.

Just ordered no meat hash brown burrito and at the pick up confirmed with the guy if it’s meat free.. he was like yes sir 100% meat free.. guess what? It was full of meat inside when i opened.
Interesting part was when i called the restaurant and got the same guy who came out for curbside pickup.. i said i ordered meat free and u confirmed it as well.. he was like “listen we don’t prepare the order.. kitchen does”
WOW - it’s a team work u cant keep throwing blames on other staff members.. u have to own it as a team.. anyways i found that to be very rude and i saw no point of keep talking with that guy and i hung up.. NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION ANYMORE !

ive been to chik fil a numerous amounts of times, never have they forgot a item. They forgot to put my sandwich and mac n cheese in the bag, should’ve checked the bag before leaving but that’s my fault for trusting. This location needs to do better.

We stopped in here for lunch while on a business trip and it was a very pleasant experience. The building was very clean and tidy. The counter staff were very nice and the gentleman that was working in the dining area was incredibly nice, refilled our drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. It was such a nice experience that we went back the next day.
The food is really good also, but I guess you knew that already.
Will definitely go back when in the area again.

I always meant To make this review. But one time I didn’t have enough money to get a full meal and the guy at the window covered it and bought me a whole meal. 😭 that made my day as I was already having a rough time at my job etc. so I just wanted to say happy holidays chick fil a and that small gesture was the highlight of my year. :)

As I write this, it has been 29 minutes of my time to go through the drive thru where I was completely ignored. 9+ cars all went ahead of me before I had to yell at the people taking orders outside to come take my order. When she finally came to my vehicle, she was completely indifferent to what was going on and just wanted to get my order so I would leave. I got to the window and tried to explain what happened but was brushed off and asked if I could just pull around to the front of the store and come in to talk to the manager. Because that's the whole point of being in the drive thru. Right? I didn't have time for all of this but now I'm making time. We can now add 6 more minutes to wait in line and speak to the manager and collect my original order after she brought the wrong drink. To her credit, she did comp the meal. Will not be visiting again.

Me and my boyfriend went threw the drive threw and they gave us cold nuggets we went back threw to ask for them to be reheated, again they were cold but almost freezing this time. We asked again and the worker replied all the batches are like that, I’ve been here a million times and never gotten this rude of a worker, didn’t say anything when I said thank you or apologized I didn’t get his name but he was almost bald, shaven head working Dec 8th night at 9:30 this is completely unacceptable service and food
