All these crazy Karen reviews that I’ve read need to be taken down. This is a fast food restaurant people… really?? My experience here at this location was perfect… you know why.. because I got my food that I ordered, ate it there and than I went home happy!!!

My first time trying this particular Chipotle location, and probably my last. I ordered two bowls, left immediately and we were eating no more than 10 minutes later. Both bowls were completely cold. Rice, meat and beans were all room temp or colder.
I routinely bring home Chipotle from other locations with a longer travel time, and our bowls are always still very hot when we eat. The bowls at this location were made without hot ingredients.

Staff gets really aggravated when I ask them for any little thing. It’s unethical to switch languages in front of clients. I asked for my Tortilla and they forgot to give it to me so I requested for it again. They make it a big deal for a small request. It’s disrespectful to talk in a different language in front of a person who doesn’t speak nor understand their language. And they curse in Spanish assuming I do t know Spanish. This location always gives me some issue. Either the food or the staff being rude.

It’s not a great Chipotle. It’s pretty messy, and they’re not taking care of stuff like cleaning the tables or sweeping or making sure there’s ice and the like.

Our food and the bag itself were covered in short hairs as if someone got a hair trim before their shift started. So grossed out.

IT IS NOT A RACE stop scooping food into the bowl like there is a gun to your head. If I’m paying for double chicken give me double chicken (not a normal portion). Slow down and portion like there is a human on the other end of the glass. Corporate greed mixed with a greedy manager.
Almost all Chipotle's open up at 10:00 a.m. but this one has a sign on the front door that says 10:45 a.m. yet online it says it's open at 10:00. I take my break at 10:00 yet the doors are still locked so it's very inconvenient for me and I'm sure others. They should change it online or in the store for their customers convenience.
I went in for lunch to get food for my coworker and I. The food was okay but I had asked them to give my a crispy tortilla. They put both tortillas in the same bag and I asked which one is the crispy one? The lady grabbed the tortillas out the bag and wrapped the “crispy” one differently to tell the difference. I said okay that’s fine, I come back to work and eat my meal but when my colleague opened his “tortilla” it was 2 taco shells. I was shocked cuz I saw the lady make the tortilla, but her swapping it out for taco shells wasn’t right. I am in disbelief still that she save me taco shells. They really took crispy tortilla to a different level.
Just found out McDonald's owns chipotle. Just wanted to tell yall. That's it.
