Long lines, small portions, and expensive prices. I have been a regular for 2 years and over the last year have noticed the portion sizes getting significantly smaller and prices going up. Definitely not worth $15 dollars.

They never give enough meat whether you order in person or online. Once I ordered double meat and it barely looked like they gave me a single portion. Constantly get scammed at this location.

Got overcharged for double chicken I neither asked for nor received. Was in a hurry so didn't realize until after, so I'll take some responsibility for the mistake. Warning to others to stay alert while your order is rung up.

Me and my coworkers come to this Chipotle often, but lately it feels like we’re getting less and less food. They’re super stingy with the meat and veggies—it barely covers the bottom of the bowl. For $12+, it’s just not worth it. We keep hoping it’ll improve, but it’s been consistently underwhelming. Please fix this, we want to keep coming back, but not if the portions stay this small.

The ladies behind the glass were awful when filling my bowl. I asked them to add steak and another meat, and I was willing to pay more. They hesitated to fill my bowl and acted like they didn't hear me. They treated me as if adding more meat would be a problem, but I told them I didn't care and that I was willing to pay extra. They still put a small amount in my bowl.

They didn't seem to understand. I definitely gave them a 1-star review because it wasn't worth even 2 stars.

Forgot half the order. I had to drive 25 minutes back and then 25 minutes back home to miss family dinner. No compensation, no apology.
