Long lines, small portions, and expensive prices. I have been a regular for 2 years and over the last year have noticed the portion sizes getting significantly smaller and prices going up. Definitely not worth $15 dollars.

Food is standard. Cleaner in the serving/counter area than some Chipotles I have been to. Servuce was fast.

They never give enough meat whether you order in person or online. Once I ordered double meat and it barely looked like they gave me a single portion. Constantly get scammed at this location.

Got overcharged for double chicken I neither asked for nor received. Was in a hurry so didn't realize until after, so I'll take some responsibility for the mistake. Warning to others to stay alert while your order is rung up.

Me and my coworkers come to this Chipotle often, but lately it feels like we’re getting less and less food. They’re super stingy with the meat and veggies—it barely covers the bottom of the bowl. For $12+, it’s just not worth it. We keep hoping it’ll improve, but it’s been consistently underwhelming. Please fix this, we want to keep coming back, but not if the portions stay this small.

The ladies behind the glass were awful when filling my bowl. I asked them to add steak and another meat, and I was willing to pay more. They hesitated to fill my bowl and acted like they didn't hear me. They treated me as if adding more meat would be a problem, but I told them I didn't care and that I was willing to pay extra. They still put a small amount in my bowl.

They didn't seem to understand. I definitely gave them a 1-star review because it wasn't worth even 2 stars.

2.17.2025: Ordered a steak bowl for pick up and got no steak. Chipotle app bot gave me a free entree.

I ordered for delivery tonight and I ordered a bowl with brown rice, black beans, steak, corn, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. When I receive my bowl, my bowl was swimming and sour cream very little steak no lettuce the lettuce and the bowl you see as loud as I had to put in for myself and there is no corn. When I tried to call the store to complain, it was an automated system. I don’t want an automated system. I wanted to complain verbally to someone who work there. I added another bowl for my friend And her order was also wrong. Her order was supposed to be white rice, brown rice, sour cream, cheese, beans, and guacamole.

Its Chipotle, over-priced nowadays, tastes fine, I guess. Seating area is dirty and uncomfortable. Staff was nice as you'd hope though. Wish a half scoop of meat didn't count as the full scoop. That's the whole chain, not this one location.

Will not visit Chipotle ever again.

Ordered a Veg Burrito, picked up food to realize they missed it and added beef. Since it was late in evening I simply threw away the food and started chatting with corporate to make them aware of it.

Company rep, didn’t understand the severity of the impact and rather then to take proper action, they simply disable my account and choose to silence the voice.

Will never visit this or any other chipotle
