when I ordered, the lady was very slow and didn’t know what I was asking for (a kids meal). She left my quesadilla in for too long, and the cheese was burnt. The music is also very loud and kind of odd, and when I asked for a drink and chips with my kids meal they didn’t give it to me.

My first time at this location and it will be my go to place from now on. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The most important part is that the food was delicious! I tried the brisket burrito and was not disappointed.

I don’t typically try to write reviews for chains as much because I don’t typically see much change or if they actually care about their reviews or not. Today, I’ll have to say I was very disappointed. I typically will go to the location on belmont chase because the service, portions, and food is much better.
Today, I almost broke my tooth eating a side of guac and chips. There was a screw in there and I didn’t know until I took a hard bite. I am horrified and not sure how a big screw made its way into the guac.
While it’s difficult to comment on the rest, it is my duty to write comprehensive reviews.
I ordered the food online and requested salad dressing. There wasn’t any added. This is typically the case when you request a salad, they don’t even ask if you would like some when ordering in person.
My bowl wasn’t made well, it was poorly constructed and with no care. I get it, they are busy, but should take more care when preparing food for customers
Safe to say, I don’t recommend this location. From what I see in the other reviews, many people agree. Hopefully corporate does something to address the patrons concerns here.

Ordered catering for a board meeting. Online ordering was easy and when I went in to pick it up, I asked about adding the seasonal smoked brisket. They were happy to accommodate my request, adding side orders of the protein to my order. They sent me out with everything I needed - serving dishes, bowls, napkins, utensils. Plenty of food and a very happy board.

Why the closest Chipotle to me has to be one of the most terrible saddens me. This particular store is disgustingly unclean, serves cold goods, gets orders wrong, forgets order items and serves rock hard stale chips. I usually have to drive twice the distance to a better outlet or just not go to Chipotle which is frankly overpriced anyway. ZERO stars.
Aint no way this chipotle is able to operate the way it does. This chipotle unfortunately is the closest one to where I live. Putting the tiny portions and slow service to the side, the attitude half of these workers give is crazy. I walk in there, say please and thank you for everything, and say have a good day when I leave. Tell me why the energy I’m matched with is the most annoyed/careless expression in the world. I’m not even expecting anyone to be nice per se, but just the bare minimum of respect in return. Bless your soul if you ask for extra rice here, you will be met with the nastiest mean mug in the world😭

Food was ok. My personal opinion Chipotle is just ok in general, I was hoping the brisket would make a difference, it did not. The staff was ok, not friend or unfriendly just ok. We sat outside after we found a table the easier to clean than the others. The outside was dirty and messy. Trash on the ground, dirty tables, overflowing trash bins.
