No one is on the store and it took 40 minutes to order and get my food. And I was asked 4 times what my simple 3 ingredient order was. I like this food and hope it is open when I return to the mall.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food quality was far below expectations—bland, poorly prepared, and definitely not worth the price. To make matters worse, the service was incredibly slow. I had to wait an unusually long time just to get a simple order, even though the place wasn’t very busy.

The restaurant also seemed poorly maintained. The cleanliness and overall upkeep leave a lot to be desired. It's clear that proper attention isn’t being given to the customer experience or the facilities.

As for management, I was surprised by how unprofessional things were run. The owner, Sriram, appeared disinterested in customer feedback and seemed more focused on cutting corners than improving the place. Unfortunately, it shows in every aspect of the experience.

Great Food loved it I have been a regular here for the past 2 years but the quality of Food especially appetizers has dropped significantly.
Service has become terrible I literally had to wait 45mins for an order and when I tried to get to know what was taking so long no one was there to even answer my question. This has been happening frequently these times.
I sincerely hope they rectify this waiting to come back once they fix this.

Disappointed I have been to the Hanover branch the food was good and service was very fast
I did not expect Chopathi main branch to have such slow service there weren't even people to check on us and we had to wait a long time for our order and also they did not have the item and they took the order and were informing us after 15 to 20mins where we assumed it was in preparation. The air conditioning also did not seemed to working fine.

The Service at the bar was good though I have to appreciate that.

Great place for drinks, especially beers (Indian beers on bottles, US draft beers). Service staff are very accommodative for various requests. Reasonable prices. Happy hours are the best in town. Food could be better especially when it comes to Biryanis. Chilli chicken 65, Apollo fish, masala peanuts are great.

Crab biryani and fish pulusu were absolutely delicious! Initially, I didn’t have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors, especially the masala in the crab biryani. It was exceptional!

Place is so amazing and had a really wonderful Indian food during our trip to VA. Mysore Bonda Plain Dosa and Chicken Biryani is awesome.

I ordered couple of snacks and tea. They took 2 hours to serve, Can understand if it’s really busy but I am the only customer keep waiting. Don’t like this place anymore.
